Description of Work: Pete was professional and did a great job of explaining the process. The office and Pete kept in touch with me to confirm the appointment and offered to answer my questions. The job was a lot more costly than our budget would allow. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Description of Work: They lifted and stabilized our foundation. They did not do a good job with spreading out the soil after they dug it up to fix the foundation, it was very uneven, especially up close to the house. They also had to dig up part of the drive way and when they replaced it, it was anything but smooth. I do not like the company they use for financing either. EnerBank is in Utah and does not have any internet option for bill payment. Not sure any business does a great job anymore.

Description of Work: I had two separate areas where water came through between the footer and the 12" cinder block. Master Dry hammered out a channel in the concrete floor on the inside, installed ductwork and a pump with outlet to the outside. The channel was covered back with cement. I have not had any water issued since their installation; everything has remained dry.

Description of Work: Master Dry did a very thorough encapsulation of my crawlspace. My crawlspace was very damp, and had some mold growth, so I have to have the mold removed as well. The crawlspace is now clean, dry, and mold free. It looks and smells great. Although this was a very expensive procedure, I am very glad that I had it done. I am now able to utilize the entire space for storage, whereas before everything down there rusted or mildewed right away.

Description of Work: Insulated and sealed crawl space, Put in support to replace poorly done past work. Expensive, but likely worth the money, (I have not had it long enough to know).
