I did get other estimates and theirs was the most reasonable.

.It was a good experience. They were very professional and stayed at it, they didn't take smoke breaks and got it done. It all was done right and it was an excellent job. They couldn't say anything to me as they were all hispanic so they just worked, because I don't know spanish.

I had them recommended to me by several contractors. I like the fact that they were on time. They came and they were really extremely clean. They put a wall of plastic all around in the basement and minimize dust and minimize all the dirt and they cleaned up after themselves. They did something too fast and it wasn’t done correctly like the EVC pipe for the sump pump. They didn’t fasten it to the concrete wall properly. When I called them and said, I think we have an issue here; they came out and fixed it right away. I definitely would recommend them to others. They are on the high side expensive wise. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Our basement was leaking and we called them. The people who did the work were good. They were very professional and nice. My husband had to go to the hospital while the work was being carried out and I knew they wanted to be paid. I was at the hospital and they were very nice about working with me on that. They did not connect the dehumidifier the first time around and we later found out that it was not working. We called them back and they had to send out another technician with another unit. They followed up properly and the customer service was good.

They were very professional and they knew what they were doing.

After the men arrived at my house we agreed that they would call me when they finished under the house and ready to jack the house. They called me, left work and arrived at the house. I changed clothes and went under the house in which I found the smartjacks in the wrong place leaving a span of more than nine feet in one area. I had them to dig another hole that would make the span for all smartjacks to have a span of no more than six feet which is what was on the plans to begin with. Then I noticed all the smartjacks were way out of level along with the concrete supports the jacks were sitting on. Also there were two of the jacks that did not have the same thickness that butt against the beam. They called the general manager and waited for him to bring the correct plates. I ask them about using the hydraulic jacks to jack the house and they said they don't have any hydraulic jacks. the salesman told me that they would be using hydraulic jacks because the smartjacks were not made to actually jack the house but for support and that they would have to jack the house with hydraulic jacks. then the general manager arrived and he walked past me without saying a word. When he came out of the crawl space i ask him about the jacks and he said they could lift the house using the wrench with the smartjacks which did not seem logical jacking a house with a wrench so i ask him to get hydraulic jacks and he finally agreed after discussion. So we finally were ready to jack the house. As the house was being jacked the guy who was jacking did not have good support so his support kept collapsing and I had to tell the guy how high to go because he did not know how to see the gap between the joist and beam. So we finally got the floor near to the original level. Also I forgot to mention that there was still one smartjack that was not level despite telling the general manger when he was there and told me to wait until everything was finished. Well sure enough it was still unlevel. At that point I was ready to quit and I payed them and they left. I posted a report on their website and the owner called me. He agereed the workers did a lousy job and that he fired the sales person. I do not think it was the salesperson who should have been fired. It seems there should have been trained workers and better supervision. They sent another guy out to fix the unlevel jack andsure enough he did not bring a hydraulic jack. So they sent the same guy out who did the job in the first place and we finally got everything leveled. I was very disapointed and will never use them again.

Great. They showed up when they said they would. They were very efficient, friendly and polite. They explained what they were going to do which was exactly what the salesman said they would do. They finished the work ahead of schedule. They cleaned the work area up completely before they left. There was a foreman present the entire time work was being done.

The two-man Master Dry crew (Joe and Alfredo) called to let us know what time they would be arriving on the date scheduled for the work to begin. They arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately got to work. They worked diligently for 9 1/2 hours without even taking a break for lunch. The completed the job in one day (rather than the two days that had been expected). While Joe thoroughly explained the "SmartDrain" and the "SaniDry" dehumidifier and went over the 25-year warranty, Alfredo did a fabulous job of completely cleaning the newly-installed "CleanSpace" vinyl throughout the crawlspace. They even hosed their dusty footprints off the front porch before they packed up their truck and left. They did a truly outstanding job! We've already recommended MasterDry to a couple of friends who have a major water problem in their crawlspace. We will certainly be recommending them to any of our other friends who may need their services.

The gentleman who came to inspect our basement water issues determined that we really did not have a problem that required his company's services. We had had a one time (one in 9 years) water leak due to a very heavy rain. It was probably caused by our French drain not being cleaned out periodically. Do that and we shouldn't have a problem. We really appreciated his honesty and expert advice and will certainly use his company should we encounter problems. And we will recommend to our friends should they encounter a problem.

The workers were very professional. At the end of 2 days there was a continuous layer of heavy white (pool liner thickness) reinforced vinyl extending from the top of the basement walls, down the wall, over the dirt to the concrete floor, neatly fastened and sealed along the edges. The humidity has gone from 70% to less than 50%. When I first searched "Basement Waterproofing" on Angie's List there were over 15 companies listed for my area, only Master Dry had reviews and every one of their reviews was positive and I add this positive review to the list. The ultimate question is "Would I do business with them again?" Answer: "Absolutely"

Everything went extremely well. Master Dry came when scheduled (this was a 3-4 day job), put in a full day's work, stayed on task, answered all questions, cleaned up the work site completely, and finished on time. During this process there were a couple of small unexpected glitches that arose which were handled immediately, cheerfully, and at no additional charge. The Master Dry team was terrific! They were professional in every context, friendly, and considerate.

MasterDry knows customer service. Each person we've met with has been very helpful and friendly. Can't say enough about that. These sorts of projects are rather complex and there are always unforeseen items/issues that come about. Each item was handled professionally and fairly. The installed solution has been in place now for only a short time, but thus far, has greatly reduced (effectively eliminated) the moisture in our crawlspace and garage. This is a huge benefit in terms of aesthetics and operation of our home overall. The crawlspace and garage are now pleasant to be in and our energy bills are likely to decrease significantly. We worked with Mr. John Baucom (Sales Representative), Curtis Ward (Production Manager) and others. These are good folks. This sort of project is costly, but when you analyze the work involved, the time, the material costs, and the benefits of knowing your house is not going to rot to the ground or poison your family with mold, you'll be happy you had it done. We also took advantage of the 6 month same as cash loan from EnerBank. This deferral is an added benefit which further reduces the cost of the project. You might also be on the look out for coupons which are provided by the company and can sometimes be found in the newspaper. Steven

We are so glad we had this work done to our crawlspace, and especially glad that we had Master Dry handle the job. You do get every bit of what you pay for, and we consider it money well spent for our home!! Each and every person we dealt with, from start to finish, was so courteous and friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We truly feel that our home will be much healthier, cleaner, and more energy efficient since having this done. They were happy to provide references beforehand, and we did check them out. We also visited an installation they had done and we were pleased to get nothing but positive reports on the team and the work they did. It was clear to us that they want satisfied customers and they go the extra mile to achieve that. We would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone and everyone!

They were good and professional. I thought that their price was high, but when I got other quotes I found that the price was reasonable.

Very pleased with professionalism and quality of work. Had our first big rain last night since the installation and was great to be able to sleep without worrying of a flooded.basement in the morning. The sales rep, presentation and materials provided really helped us in understanding the rootcause of our water issues and develop a customized solution to meet our specific needs and budget. Price was better than the other quotes from other top name basement systems. The installation crew were some of the best contracted workers I've had the pleasure working with professionally or at home. They were polite, friendly, hardworking and went beyond the contract in helping to move heavy furniture and cover/ protect items from dust. We expected a mess but were pleasantly surprised to find the basement swept and mopped clean by the crew and all debris removed from site. All we had to do was a little more light cleaning and uncovering our furniture. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

They preformed the job in a real professional manor, they were very clean, showed up at the times they said they would be here and except for the noise of the work you would not have known they were downstairs working. They sent in a large crew to do the job which made it a fast job and finished on time.

perfect start to finish, very professional, clean, they even mopped the floor when they were finished, much better than expected
