Description of Work: They were attempting to lift fallen cement with foam. It didn't work and we were still charged full price. We were warned it might not work in 30% of the cases. But even when they knew from very early on that it wasn't working, they continued to pump expensive foam. I feel when it first started to not work, they should have discussed the matter with us and given us some choices before continuing.

Description of Work: They installed a waterproofing system in my basement. I only had a small area where water was seeping when it rained but decided to do all the interior walls and a sump pump. The basement is being redone so this was the time to it. It was expensive but they weren't out of line with other providers I checked. Michael and his crew were punctual, professional and hard-working. Also very nice!

Description of Work: Standing water in my crawl space as well as mold on every surface. They treated the mold, sealed the crawl space, installed a system to remove the water and a dehumidifier unit. They are not cheap but the work is 2nd to none.

Description of Work: Master Dry waterproofed my very wet basement. They were prompt and went right to work. This basement had been wet for a very long time and I couldn't believe the results! It's dry!!!!! It was a little pricey but so worth it! I definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Installed footer drain. It ended up not working, but my case was very extreme. They were always punctual, didn't try to oversell. I ended up getting a full refund, which they promptly delivered. I would contact them again if I felt I had a project that they could help with.

Description of Work: They water proofed 125' of a retainer inside wall. And it works great. we had many hard rain since then that would have flooded the floor. but its dry now. Thanks Jake

Description of Work: We have a divided crawl space with two areas enclosed and with concrete flooring and a third larger area with bare dirt - and a water entry problem. Master Dry advised us very correctly of the reasons for our mold and water entry problems. The problems were entirely resolved through the installation of a french drain and sump pump; a thorough cleaning of the food sources for the mold, and encapsulation of the crawl. Services were prompt, professional, and of excellent quality. They gave us several cost options and services options with excellent presentation of the pro's and con's to the decisions. We are very very pleased with the outcome, and at a cost that was very fair in light of the quality and quantity of work performed.

Description of Work: Installed waterguard sytem and everlast wall boards. A few days after completion of project, I found some arrears that I did not like and was concerned with. I called the company and they said they would send someone out to look over these areas with me. Cole and Billy arrived and I showed them what I didn't like and they said that they would fix it to where I was satisfied with it. They set up an date for them to return to correct these areas. They returned on date agreed on and worked all day fixing these areas. They where not able to complete all areas and had to set up another day to come and completed the job. Cole arrived on the date agreed upon and completed all areas that we had agreed to fix. I am completely satisfied with the finished product and want to thank the Master Dry Company for making sure that I was satisfied with their product. I also thank that Cole and Billy did a very professional job .

Description of Work: this was a great company to work with. We signed a contract in July. 2011to have the work done the first week of September. However we had to cancel due to fact that we were going to be out of the country. We informed them that we wouldn't be back to Tennessee until Thanksgiving. The worked with us on the new time frame. The crew was great - they kept us informed of everything they were doing. The job was to take two days however it ended up taking three. The reason is that they had trouble with their truck and couldn't come one day. What was amazing is they called us to inform us they wouldn't be there until the next day - the explained why they couldn't come and apologized numerous times. We aren't use to this -in Florida where our main home is - contractors don't call or keep you informed. The work was great and the clean up was much better than I expected. Not only did they clean up their own messages, they cleaned up the leaves in the area of the entrance to the crawl space. This is the first time that we heard from the owners-several times. We wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them. Great job. It was a pleasure.
