The job that was advised to be done was done very timely and working done well. The only problem is that after the first rain the foundation at the corner of the house is already washing away. This was one of the main reasons for getting the service in the first place.

Did not have the foundation raised. They evaluated and showed that the basement wall was bowing from the weight of the soil because of the rain we have been having for 2 yes now. They did a process of putting a product they claim is stronger than steal when applied the way they did it, with a 25 yr warranty. They were tidy and polite. I left the house for the 2 days they worked and am happy with the outcome so far.

The work was done in a timely manner. The whole crew was very considerate and eager to please.

The salesman, Ernie, was very professional and available to answer questions and helped me with the choice of choosing between them and another company and also with the cost negotiation on the estimates I had. I choose them for their professionalism, product & company warranties and willingness to work on the cost and honesty of selling me what I actually needed done to correct my problem. Ernie was a pleasure to deal with and the office rep Angela was great and the installers, Kyle & crew that came were very nice, efficient, professional and informative and everything was clean when they were done. Pleasure dealing with them all. They did a great job and will be doing my yearly maintenance when time comes.

This company was professional start to finish. Highly knowledgeable and skilled workers. We were extremely satisfied with how our home was treated and the workmanship. They did what they said they woukd do and with a respectful and happy attitude, Chad and Rodney were on time and very thorough . My garage floor had settled on one side and they fixed it. They left it clean and picked up too. No hidden costs or fees and the pricing was reasonable. I wish all my projects went this well. I highly recommend this company.

[Note to HomeAdvisor: I did not reach this company through your web site because you have no specific category for the work I needed done, (Crawl Space Insulation/Encapsulation). I could not get your web site to comprehend what I was looking for. I found this contractor on my own. It turns out after-the-fact that they are actually listed with HomeAdvisor.] Crawl space insulation and encapsulation to mitigate cold and drafty conditions effecting the room above as well as potential mold and moisture problems from exposed dirt/gravel floor. Current wisdom is to treat the crawl space as heated space, which was not the case when our house was built in 1984. Master Service Companies did an excellent job. They were done in a couple of hours. Very neat and clean as well as courteous and friendly. I did notice a couple of days later that some of the spray foam insulation, (used in floor joist spaces over foundation sill), had leaked into a heating vent, partly blocking it, in the room above. However, I was able to cut it out with a knife. All good to go and no harm done. I did suggest to them on their web site that they take a quick look at the room above during their cleanup process.

I chose this company primarily after interviewing several prior customers of Master and actually looking at 3 properties where Master provided waterproofing solutions. All the customers I spoke with spoke highly of Master (except that they, like myself, considered the service was pricey. However, the cost was very much in line with two other contractors, The Foundation Specialists (TFS) and Atlantis Waterproofing. The primary reasons for my selection of Master were: (1) Interviews of prior customers and examination of work performed for them; and (2) the quoted price was in line with the other two other contractors I contacted (TFS) and (Atlantis). Although I requested references from both these firms, I did not receive any further telephone calls, information, or references from either of them.

They showed up on time and finished the job sooner than expected. Jake was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on throughout the process.
