Marshall Cleaning Service did a great job! Once I requested a quote, they immediately sent me a text. (Granted it was automated, but it was also a Saturday!) The next couple days, they worked with me to get a quote ready. Once we decided what we wanted done, they were very flexible in getting us in on their schedule. Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very transparent on what we wanted to do compared to what he was able to do. (We wanted a complete clean with all the add ons, but he told us with the type of floor we had, it would be best to do things differently.) He explained his reasoning and it ended up saving us around $700. Our floors were not in the best shape, but with his help, they look SO MUCH better. I'm very happy with Marshall Cleaning Service and their service. Thanks!

Ducts cleaned 4/11/2023. Crew (James, Jack) were friendly. They did not wear booties to cover their shoes. One wore black slides. During coarse of job, the individual wearing the black and white slides picked up some kind of adhesive on the sole of slide. It was tracked in 5-6 places on the 1st floor of onto the tile and hardwoods. Sticky spots were the size of a baseball. I could not see if anything was tracked onto the carpet as it blended in very well. I assume it was there though because it was everywhere else. The HEPA filter they used was filthy. I did not notice that until they moved it to the 1st floor. While on the 1st floor, it blew particulate matter 10-20 feet across the hardwoods. Again, I assume it blew particulate matter into the rugs on the 2nd floor and basement before I saw it. I had to vacuummthe entire house after they left. I also had to use mineral spirits to remove the sticky spots from the tile and hardwoods. The use of mineral spirits had to be done for another day or two after the crew departed to continue to clean up the sticky areas.

Josh was out today and cleaned the outside of my house. It looks great; he did every piece of it and did a wonderful job. Would have them back again in an instant.

I've hired Marshall Cleaning Service four times now, and each have been done incredibly professionally, quickly, and either at budget or under. Even Brian Marshall did one of the upholstery cleanings himself when his team was short staffed due to illness. Great company to use, and continue to recommend to friends and family to use.

Great experience. I have used Marshall for multiple cleaning jobs over the past 5 yrs or so (carpet, grout/tile, furniture, pressure washing, and window cleaning). Nothing but great customer service. Good work and very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Marshall Cleaning Service provided a grossly inaccurate measurement of my roof, saying it's 1,730 square feet when in fact it is less than 1,100 square feet. Subsequently, Jeannette Marshall quoted me a price of $0.27 per square foot for a total of $467.10 but reduced it by 10 percent to $420.39. Unfortunately, if the company's true price was $0.27 per square foot the cost should have been $297 even without the 10 percent discount. The Marshalls seem nice enough, and I'm sure they do a decent job, but I wouldn't trust their math. You'll pay a lot more than you should according to their own price structure.

I live out of state and hired Marshall’s to clean my mother’s carpet. They worked with me long distance. Mum said they did an excellent job! She was thrilled.

James, the serviceman, called about an hour before his arrival to let me know he was coming. Once here, James did an excellent job cleaning out all the debris from the gutters on our home and detached garage, as well as cleaning up the mess that resulted form doing so! James was polite and professional.

Done on time. Cleaned up area appropriately.

There were some problems and calls were Made. I felt cleaners were not doing so good. I did reqest an itemized invoice but never got one. Please email that please.

Technician was very friendly and informed us of some additional maintenance that would be necessary soon. My only real issue was that he cleaned by hand only and did not appear to use air or water to clear them the rest of the way, but for $99 and not having to do it myself, it was a fair price.

Requested appointment in early December for Dec. 10 or 11, but by Dec. 22 no one had arrived. After calling them, they discovered the work had been scheduled but not assigned. Worker showed on Sat. Dec. 28 and performed the service, at a discount. I've used Marshall for several services over the past 5 years, and this was the only time there was a problem, but it was resolved easily and readily.

They did a great job. They were friendly and polite. They did more than I expected by cleaning the leave from the roof as well. They took photos of before and after and made recommendation.

The technician came on time, he tested the carpet for bleeding in front of me so I could see the results. They ended up taking it off site because it required more specialized handling. They returned it on time and it looks great.

They went out of their way to work in my time frame even after having some personnel injuries earlier in the day. They did a phenomenal job and everything sparkles now.

Service providers arrived on time and acted professionally however the quality of the work was poor. They only used air to blow out leaves from the gutters, never used water or other methods to insure all materials were removed. When questioned about using water to clean and clear downspouts they said they didn't need it. They didn't even get on a ladder to confirm the gutters were clean. As a result, during a rain the next week, the gutters were overflowing again. We called to see if they could come out and have another look and they didn't return our call (it's been a week). I feel bad about leaving the harsh review but I don't want anyone else to waste almost $200.
