They were excellent. They were quick. It was excellent. They came early, they came on a Saturday. They came earlier than anticipated. They got it done in an hour. I was satisfied with it.

Came while I was gone without calling first. Made a terrible mess and did not complete the job I came home to find wet debris all over the side of my house and leaves and sticks in my fish pond, on my pergola, and covering my patio. I complained and they sent someone to clean up but waited several days. By then it was all dry on my house and had to be pressure washed. Still did not complete the job and tried to bill me for the second visit after I was told there would be no charge.

Great using again for carpet cleaning.

A clump of vegetation in the gutter remains; light fixtures were twisted around; and mud was pooled at the base and in garage doors. This is not the first time I have been extremely displeased with their work (all in different areas).

Showed up at off hours without a follow up or call. Was here for 20 minutes according to neighbors who watched them use only a blower to get items out of gutter.

Arrived late but got to work immediately. Since this was a fixed time appointment I just wanted them to deal with the "problem areas" - bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom was done very well, but I felt that the kitchen could have used more attention to details. Overall for the time and price I was okay with the results.

The two cleaners were on time and personable. They were not thorough. They missed dust in many places and did not move things like the refrigerator to get underneath.

The cleaners seemed inexperienced and missed a lot of places. The place was only superficially clean.

I consider him to be unethical and dishonest and do not recommend him. Was a total waste of money and he said it would be a whole lot better. There was an odor problem that he stated to give it a couple days and it should be a whole lot better.. it did not get any better - there was no accomplishment whatsoever. My neighbor also advise me that he was only there for approximately 30 minutes.

It did not go very well. All they did was take a blower and put extensions on a leaf blower, into the gutter and they didn’t get them cleaned out. It was supposed to be $99 but I’ve never gotten the bill for it. The price was fine if they would have done their job. They started to do the job, when they came and I had an appointment someplace, I can’t remember what it was, I think it was a doctor’s appointment. So, they did a hurry up job because they were still here. When I left, they left, even thought my wife was still here. They didn’t do a very good job at all, I’d have to give them an F. They responded right away. They were right on time. Their professionalism lacked a great deal.

It went great! The house looks amazing! Very nice people to work with. Got rid of all the stains and they were actually a little early!

They were prompt to take my money but over a month has passed and it's still not done. Please stop blaming the weather and hire people to do the work. Makes no sense to run specials if you can't meet the demand.

Great, very hard workers who did a great job. Just wish I didn't have to pay an extra $40 since I was out of their Angie's List service range.

They were very responsive on the phone and sent me a nice professional quote via email. Showed up on time and finished early. I will definitely be using them again!

The ladies who did the cleaning did fine. The office lost the order and didn't ever call back. Then there was a problem scheduling. I really wouldn't want to do business with them, because they were so disorganized. We specifically kept it at the three hours. I think people misunderstand that it's two people, so it's and hour and half a per person, which make perfect sense to me. They lady mentioned it to me to not be mislead. They never offered to set up a cleaning schedule. I have no idea she never called me back. The ladies who came were great. there were some improvements that I would have liked to see, but there are time constraints which I understand. Once it was scheduled they did show up on time.

Donald did a great job. We have a Labrador, so had lots of pet hair on it; he is not supposed to get on the sectional, but occasionally does when he gets a little on the wild side and makes a run throughout the house. 😠

Great, the technicians were very hard working and did more in the time than I expected!

Our technician was very responsive to our requests. My wife is quite demanding and she was very satisfied with the work performed.

After a few setback because the city decided to pave my street and we had some severe weather, they showed up on schedule and completed the work quickly.

Carpet looked close to new upon completion. The tech was friendly, courteous, timely, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend.

We've been getting some cleaning done with Marshall's cleaning service and they have been good. They had a little trouble, we've had them come several times, this time was fine. But we've had a little trouble, their computer had some trouble, and so we had some trouble getting people here on time on a couple of occasions.

Girls were great. Nice, friendly and did a good job.

Jobs were done well and we are pleased with the service.

Tech was only there about 45 minutes. Only had one stain in all the carpet being cleaned and it looked no different after cleaning. Carpet was very wet after cleaning and took until next day to dry. Was hoping the cleaning would make the carpet and house smell good/fresh but couldn't tell any difference. Our carpet was fairly new (little over a year old) and not very dirty so maybe that's why the cleaning wasn't noticeable but was hoping for the stain to be removed and a noticeable fresh scent.

Very well took 2 tries but end result was very good.
