Marshall Cleaning Service

The Marshall carpet cleaning truck arrived when they said they would be there. The work was preformed in a very short amount of time. I am completely satisfied with the work done and the price.

They tried very hard to clean an area but the grout itself may have been a different color. The rest was fine

Two workers did a very good job! Marshall’s should explain to customers that 3 hours of cleaning is divided by the two workers ..

well Some delays in appointment set up

I assumed that cleaning gutters required getting up on a ladder and getting debris out of gutters. The man that came had a long hooked apparatus that just blew out the gutters. The back gutters had very black debris in them with water and when they blew out did not get all of it and what did come out blew all over my back windows and porch. He did attempt to hose off some of it but left a great deal of it for me to clean up. Was not satisfied at all.

They did a great job scraping what pair had not been removed, from the windows. They were quick and professional.

All identified priority areas were cleaned in the 1 hour and 1/2 (3 hours total) allotted time for two cleaners.

Marshall did an outstanding job of remove built up grime from the soffits and the exterior of the gutters. The house is gleaming and looks freshly painted.

Marshall Cleaning was able to clean my gutters within a week of my purchase of an Angie's List special. On the initial visit, the gutters were cleaned, however, in some of the more "hard to reach" areas there was still very visible debris that remained. Since I was not home during the initial visit, I was unable to direct the workers to these "problem areas". I brought this shortcoming to the attention of Marshall Cleaning via Angie's List, and they assured me that they would return to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. They returned the same week and diligently worked to remove the debris from the aforementioned "problem areas". While it took two visits to complete the job, I was satisfied with their work in the end, especially considering the reasonable price that I paid. I would definitely hire them again, however, I would be very specific next time regarding the finer points of the job.

The technician called to say he was delayed and gave a new time and actually was a bit earlier than he estimated. I appreciated his call letting me know. He worked quickly and cleaned up the entire laundry area when he finished the duct cleaning. I was very satisfied and would hire this company again.

Dustin was punctual and very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining what he did and potential problems which may occur in the future due to bends in the ductwork. I am very happy with the work Dustin performed. The only problems I have with Marshall Cleaning was my email was ignored and I had to call to schedule an appointment and I was charged an extra $40 because I lived out of Knoxville. This caused me not to be able to benefit from the Angie's List discount.

Called and canceled. Neither Angie’s List or Marshall’s indicated that there would be an extra $30 travel charge to come to Lenoir City. They are on N Peters Rd in West Knoxville. There are parts of Knoxville that are farther than that. Defeated the purpose of a discount. Needs to be clear before you purchase.

Both times the service personnel were on time and extremely professional. The jobs were completed beyond my satisfaction.

The service was great, carpets sparkled, I definitely will use this company again for my carpet cleaning needs.

Bodie arrived at the predetermined time to clean/deodorize a recliner. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He completed the requested work in his estimated time, and the results were excellent. I have no reservations hiring this company in the future.

He was prompt. He was funny. He did a good job. He was so pleasant the entire time. They did not charge anymore than the Big Deal. The guy that came out was great. He had a positive attitude. He went to work and did it. He was overall the kind of person you would want to come out to your house.

Left a card on door, but did not appear gutters were actually cleaned out.

Fine but didn't get corners or edges

They had an emergency 24 hour number and I called them late, this was Thursday night, and I said, "can you clean on Friday". First, the said, "no", we had to do it Saturday morning. First they said they couldn't do it on Friday and we had to do it Saturday afternoon. I said, "no, I can't do it Saturday afternoon. I have to do it Saturday morning". They said, "Okay, we'll reschedule the doctor's office and get out there, then". Then they called and said, "we can come today", which was yesterday, then they called back and said, "sorry, we can't, we have to come tomorrow afternoon", anyway, we had a little trouble getting it scheduled, but they worked with me on a last minute situation, and I really appreciated it, and they knocked some money off because of the confusion with the scheduling. It was $200 today and there were two of them for 2 hours. For two hours for a total of $200 for two people. They were early and they were very efficient. They were personable and I didn't feel like I had to go hide all of my jewelry or anything. I felt very comfortable with them walking into my home. They were friendly. They were business and got straight to it. It was good. I wouldn't recommend anything for improvements. They were fine. I can't think of anything I would have done differently. Next time, I'll call with a little more notice. They were dressed similarly. You could tell they were with a company.
