Description of Work: For starters, the "special" offered to Angie's list subscribers was five dollars MORE then the price offered to the general public on their website, as I discovered after the fact. I brought this up to the technician, who mentioned that they did have Jerry and specials and various prices... With no further explanation. | | On the tech called on the day of service, to let me know that he was running behind and would be about an hour late. This was not a problem... But when he showed up 2 1/2 hours later, without contacting us to let us know he was running even further behind, I think even a cursory apology would've been appropriate. None was forthcoming. | |He did an adequate job for the price, but the customer service felt very lackluster... And the approach to pricing left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't use them again, there are plenty of competitors who might show their customers a bit more respect.
