Description of Work: They were very professional, timely, and appeared to be honorable as I worked with them. My only concern was the mount of surface covered in the contract. It was small and; consequently, costly. Separating the first step of cleaning the deck from the second step of applying a stain or sealer is more expensive than my previous experience of contracting that for both. However, not to confuse the issue Marshall Cleaning Service fulfilled their part of the contract in a professional manner.

Description of Work: This was a special deal for $99. Due to the size of the house, I was charged an additional $65. I knew this coming in so it was no surprise. | |I confirmed online for 9 AM. My wife said they left a message on my answering machine to try to reschedule at 10 AM. I said that wouldn't work as I had other errands and appointments later on in the day. I received a telephone call about 8:50 AM and the owner said he was on his way and would be a little late. They arrived about 10-15 minutes after 9. | |I was surprised when they unloaded a leaf blower and extension tubes to blow the leaves out of the gutters. The owner and helper blew the leaves out of the front gutters and said they might not be able to reach all the other areas. I showed them the back porch and they were able to reach the rear gutters with the 20 ft extension tube. The two were done in about an hour. | |I wanted a handyman to go on the rear roof and fix a downspout strap. The owner said they did not do that. He also did not know anyone that did. | |They did the job using the blower. Had I known this earlier, I might not have been so ready to use these folk and pay extra to do so. I really wanted a handyman type person to clean the gutters by hand, advise me where I need to replace or add new gutter covers, and fix the downspout strap. | | | |
