All good. My call was promptly received and a quote provided over the phone based my description of the area to be cleaned. This was followed by an email confirming the quote. Later when I called back to request Marshall to proceed with the service, they were able to schedule me quickly. The service man arrived right on time and completed the work as scheduled. I am satisfied with the results.

Marshall does an excellent job. I’ve used them before and will again.

A seasoned cleaner with the company came along with another lady she was training. The trainee was rather slow (still learning of course) but had to be told some obvious things such as- moving the dining chairs in order to sweep/mop for example She also took 1 hour to clean a small dining room area that only required dusting and mopping. I understand the need to train people but not on my hour while still charging me full price for half a job. The seasoned cleaner did an amazing job but it was still not worth the price and effort especially considering the trainee’s lack of work. I felt for the price and the fact that in 1 1/2 hours both only managed to clean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a dining room (all rather averaged sized) it was not worth it. Although they were very professional, it was far too expensive to only have a small portion of my home clean. I would not hire them again. Also, I decided to give them one other opportunity so I booked them again for the following week but the company overbooked the seasoned cleaner. I then received numerous texts while the situation became completely convoluted. Again this is no fault of the cleaning lady herself but still wouldn’t use them. They company apparently double booked and I (the customer) was made to feel guilty that they are rearranging her schedule to accommodate me- when they kept trying to give me times and dates that were not fitting into my schedule. I would get phone calls from one woman then texts from a different woman each contradicting the other. Scheduling became such a hassle that it solidified my decision not to use them again. Sorry I do not recommend but wish them luck to fix these issues

Prompt service after request, but the technician failed to clean steps properly and some spots on the floor could have used more thorough cleaning. The company offered to come back out and see if they could clean the trouble areas. The second technician was thorough in the service he performed. The company was interested in providing a quality service. In my case, I think the technician made the difference, I would hire again if I knew I had a good technician.

It went well. They came promptly scheduling was very nice and professional that means a lot to me these days when customer service is in short supply. They cleaned my gutters out. 2 things I wished I had thought to ask and or do 1. To clean the outside of the gutters also 2. To put down a tarp to throw the stuff they took out of the gutters on. That’s not a complaint just didn’t think to ask about that to.

Satisfied with cleaning, timing and service. Small job, but would hire again. Drying time a few hours as rugs were quite damp, however, all stains were removed.

Steer clear of this outfit.T otally bad news. 1. Flim-flam pricing. Price quotes not honored. Big discount was claimed while owner tried to extract additional $10 charge. 2. Appointments mean nothing = A Friday appointment was changed to Thursday and then to Wednesday afternoon. Tech arrived at 0945 without advance notice. Rude. Inconvenient. 3. Tech arrived not equipped to handle routine tasks = Owner said there would be an extra charge for trip to warehouse to get cleaning solution that would normally have been on any service truck. Will never hire again.

Operator using a blower with a long extension tube walked around the house blowing loose leaves from the gutters. This as you might imagine did not remove the decayed leaves etc. in the gutters. The operator would not use a hose to check for clogged downspouts etc. His entire so called cleaning took no longer the 15 minutes. Water overflowed the gutters with the first rain due to clogged downspouts. The $99.00 special gutter cleaning was indeed special. Please don't waste you money with these guys.

They did an excellent job. They picked up the rug and took it with them to clean. They returned it the next day. I was shocked that they did it so quickly, and it looked perfect.

They called 30 minutes before arrival and came on time. Today was a mean, cold and windy March day but the 2 reps went to work and quickly handled my job. I will be a repeat customer.

Overall I was pleased with their services. I give them a A on the roof cleaning aspect of the job and a B or C on the deck cleaning. Based on the cost of the job I was expecting the deck to be "Stain-Ready" after the cleaning but I am going to have to do some additional work on it before I can stain it. The crew that came out was professional and jumped right into the job. Their service did not include removing the leaves from a section on the roof. I had to climb up on the roof and remove them so that they could apply the chemicals and perform the roof cleaning service. If I would use them again I would pin them down on a few details to a higher degree. I recommend trying them but get an alternate quote since I may have over paid a bit based on the amount of time actually spent on the job.
