Very well. They got stains out that I did not believe was possible.

They were very slow and did not complete the task even when an additional 30 minutes was added to the two hours with two people. These women were very nice and sweet; however, they were not very good at cleaning. For example, they were unable to get a glass shower door clean for some reason. I clean it every week without any problems. They declared certain areas clean and didn't straighten pillows on the sofa or clean basic areas. I was very surprised at the lack of quality in their work. The office staff was extremely nice as well as the work staff. They just were not very good at their jobs and their cleaning products were sub par.

My gutters were cleaned while I was out of town, so I can't comment on the on-site service providers. But my gutters, which were really in bad shape, no longer overflow from leaf etc. clogs, so I'm happy. The service was provided a bit past the window I was given, but it wasn't really a problem.

These guys said they would be at my place to clean my gutters before the weekend. I was given a timeframe and waited for them all day to arrive. Nobody came and I was not notified that they would not come. I called them today (they did not call me and it was 3 days later), to find out when they’d come. Was given a 3-day window. Really???!!! I can’t say anything for the service because I have not had any. It appears these folks are scamming people. Very poor, I would definitely not recommend.

Jason was on time and did a great job. He was very patient and helpful and a perfect person for dealing with my mother who is very hard of hearing.

They scheduled the appointment, but an hour after the appt., I called to find out where they were because no one showed up. They had moved my appt. without telling me. I said I needed to reschedule and they said they would call me back, but never did. The e-mailed me after I requested a refund from Angie's list (over a week after they were supposed to reschedule) with a date they would be coming. I e-mailed to say I had canceled. The morning they had scheduled, I got an e-mail saying they would be there in an hour. I had to call again to say I had canceled the service a week earlier. Their communication is terrible and they were did not show up when they were supposed to.

The actual work crew was articulate in what they would do and the results were fantastic. I give them an A+. The office/administration/accounting people were lacking in honesty, trustworthiness, billing accuracy and professionalism. I give them a D. If anyone uses this service also be advised they do not have an actual business location. This business operates out of the UPS store mail boxes. Also, do not write a check or give them a credit card number before you receive a billing statement or invoice to verify what you actually need to pay.

Their organization and customer service was the worst I have dealt with in a long time.

Not well...Wanted traffic area in the Master Bedroom done along with the family room rug. The technician completed the Master area which was very small since we did not move any furniture. Then when he went to the family room he said he could not do it since it was not wall to wall carpet. We explained that the deal we purchased said nothing about wall to wall carpet. Simply, it read two areas up to 350 sq ft. but he would not do it. I called the office and we had hope that he would do it after the owner said she would call him. In the end, he left without doing it and then the owner spoke with me about it and again I had hope that it would be done, however in the end they wanted more money to do a 5x6 rug after not fully giving us our money's worth on the deal we purchased from Angie's List. Get two different spots in your home cleaned for less with this great offer! As you can see, NOTHING says the area has to be wall to wall carpet. We were wronged and I cannot recommend a company who does not honor their deals after purchase.

Removed piping to clean all portions.

Very good. The technician was pleasant, efficient, and did a great job. The one room was very dirty, and it looks new again.

The only problem I have is communication. After arranging to stay home one Friday morning for them to come around, I found out they had come a couple of days earlier when I was at work. The work was done well and the place left clean.

When I called and made an appointment it was explained politely and professionally that there were many variables that affected their ability to "keep" the appointment - mostly weather-related but also other issues that could sometimes trigger a delay. We were called the day the workers were showing up.. After being out we pulled up to our community and noticed a truck and trailer making its was up our winding roads. Great and respectful driving on the steep gravel road and driveway - obviously very skilled. Following introductions at our house the two personable yet professional technicians looked over the job and explained what would happen. Their work was thorough, they invited me to inspect it and when they left they easily made the back up and turn that baffles most drivers - whether or not they tow trailers. Needless to say I'll call Marshall again.
