They came out on really short notice and in an approaching storm and saved my carpets

I rarely rate anyone 5 stars but I found them as close as any business worth a total of 5. I would have them back & am considering using them for another project someday.

The tech arrived on time and was courteous. The job was done with little interruption to us and was done well.

Excellent experience. He was on time and professional. Contacted us quickly and job was done with in 4 days of searching home advisor (probably would have been sooner but we didnt call for 2 days after he contacted us). He was the first to contact us. He cleaned carpets in 2 rooms, stairs and hallway and also our couch. Highly recommended.

I had two small throw rugs which were picked up by the company to be cleaned offsite. The rugs were not returned in a timely manner and when they were returned, it did not appear that they had been cleaned at all. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner. He gave me a $9 discount, so I paid him $89 instead of $98. This price was ridiculous because the rugs do not look any better than they did before they were cleaned. Perhaps carpet cleaned onsite would have had a better result but the offsite cleaning of two small rugs was unsatisfactory.

Bryan responded very fast to my request for a quote (he was the first one out of the top 3). Bryan was on time and very friendly. His work was excellent! I have found my carpet cleaning "person"! I amvery happy! I would highly recommend Marshall Carpet Cleaning!

They did not clean all of the carpet in the living room and the bedroom.

Carpet were not soaking wet when they were done cleaning them and they dried within and hour or so. Very very good job Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Bryan for cleaning my carpets:)
