The men showed up 15 minutes early and ready to work. They did a highly professional job quickly and efficiently. High regard to making the installation perfect. Polite, nice, and found them to be true professionals and recommend them highly.

John personally came out to do all the measuring, ordered the material and then followed up with me when the material came to make sure it was correct. He coordinated the work crew and showed up with them for work on the first day at 7 AM. He was also there every single day after to make sure they were doing things properly. When the job was done, he was there to make sure everything was cleaned up and that my yard was restored to the original condition and there was no scrap left. I have never met a business man where his name was not on the business and is more concerned about his reputation. The whole job was first class, the materials were superb and I shopped around Knoxville to make sure I was getting a good deal because I was not familiar with this type of work. John was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I felt he was the most qualified to do the work. His crew was exceptional. He follows up once a month to see if I am happy or if anything is wrong.

Very professional from start to finish. John King came out to give us an estimate and his price was within $200 of another bid we had received. The difference was John King! We just felt very comfortable dealing with him, as he answered all our questions completely and in a manner that we could understand. The installation crew was thorough and professional in their installation and the clean-up. One of the windows that was ordered had the wrong size shipped to Magnolia, while another window got broken when loaded on the truck. They apologized for the problem and were back out within three weeks with the new windows. We can tell a significant difference in our home already. We would highly recommend them again to anyone.

Gary was great at responding to my questions and where easy to work with. Phone calls were returned in the same day. Company representative worked with me via email and phone to complete the work. This is not the norm when having work completed from another state. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacement.

John King of Magnolia Windows and Doors was extremely easly and professional to work with. John provided a honest estimate and then allowed us time to review it and make a decision that best fit our budget and timing. Andrew did a great job in doing the pre order measuring and was very professional and worked on our time frame to get this work complete before we even placed the order with John. The installation of the windows went exceptionally well and they were done in 2 days will all the work. They kept all the trash the generated cleaned up and there was no trash left inside or outside the house when they were done. The windows look great and we are very please with the outcome of the project. John then provided us with a great detailed report to provide to TVA for our Energy Audit with details of the installation and also of the windows installed. Overall a great experience, we would use Magnolia Windows and Doors for future projects.

When they set a time and date they were very prompt. 8 windows in in 1 day with 2 workers. Other than a little pounding I hardly knew they were here. When they finished for the day we were given thorough instructions on what not to do. they set a time for the morning and explained what they would be working on. So far I am very happy with my new windows and the workmanship. I researched prices and I believe Magnolia gave me the best price I could get. It was a pleasure to work with the President of the company.

They got the job done in two days and the windows look great. We were very nervous going from wood to vinyl windows and were pleasantly surprised that the vinyl windows look just as high end as the wood windows!

Our whole experience with Magnolia Window and Door was exceptional! The windows are high quality, beautiful, and a great value too! The process was easy, from selecting the windows through the final installation. Everyone that came into our home was very professional! The installers were very polite and were very careful to clean everything up! The installation process took two days and when they left you could not even tell they had been here, except for the huge change of having brand new windows! What a difference, in the way our home looked and felt! After having our windows for almost a year now I am happy to report that we love them more than ever! This winter our house felt so much warmer and our electric bill was significantly lower! So much so, that our electric company re-adjusted our "Equal Pay Plan" down by $60 per month! The sales person, Mr. McGill, was very helpful and informative. The installers were very professional and I feel their work was very good. I like the product and they are all operating as well as the day they were installed. Product also qualified for tax deduction due to energy star rating. The company has contacted me several times regarding my satisfaction with the product and to ask if I needed further work of this type.

Within 3 days of contract signing, the installer came and measured and within 5 weeks, windows were installed. I had 12 windows replaced. 3 - picture windows, 3 - 2 Lite sliders, 4 - Double Hung, and 2 Double Casement with Fixed Center. All windows were installed in 1 day. Installers were very professional, and helpful in removing and replacing some inside shutter that I couldn't remove. I observed the installation process to ensure that the frame openings were insulated when installed and there was never a question that they knew what they were doing. The area was cleaned and we walked around and inspected the inside and outside once completed. The first tihing that I noticed after installation was complete was the reduction of outside noise and the difference in heat coming in through the picture windows. This was a very good experience, value and investment and would recommend and use Magnolia Windows in the future. Update: It has been approximately 6 months since the windows were installed. I keep being amazed at the reduction of outside noise and the difference in sunlight heating throught my picture windows. It is great to be able to look outside without looking through trapped moisture. I have recommend Magnolia Windows to others and they had worked performed and are really satisfied also.

Windows arrived sooner than estimated, which was a good thing. Had scheduling issues with security company. Anyone purchasing windows needs to make sure current window treatments; i.e., shutters, blinds, etc., will work with new windows, UPDATE: 3/26/2012 - During the sales process, the salesman, who is the president of the company, said that he could give us a name at TVA to get a $500 energy rebate. He did not state any criteria for the rebate other than the windows. After the installation, I contacted him to get the name of the individual at TVA. This is his response dated 3/21/2012: "I am glad you enjoyed the brownies. Like we spoke about earlier, the program involves you callingand setting up the initial inspection by TVA which needed to be completed before the install. Next,after your installation, you call them for the completion inspection. At that time, they give you a formfor me to sign and document. I then complete an additional form for you on my company letterheadthat will help expedite the process for you. Please call or email if you have any further business.Your new windows look awesome from the road. Thanks again for your business.John" He did NOT discuss the before and after inspection requirement. Therefore, I changed the overall experience to D, and the professionalism to F.

The price, professionalism of Representative & installer (when took measurements) was good. I did not witness actual install or finished product. I sold the house & the new replacement windows were installed after I moved and new owners were living there. Magnolia did work with me to get this project done even though I had moved. I didn't see finished product.

John provided us information on the products his company carries in a straightforward way. He was NOT pushy like two other contractors we had contacted were. He simply showed us the products he uses, answered our questions and left the decision to use his company up to us. He provided us with neighbor's reports/references to contact and pictures on their repair work. He was on time. If he was running late he would call. He helped us negotiate the settlement with our insurance company on the hail damage done to our home. He continued to sign forms for us in our effort to get our insurance money back from our mortgage company even though the forms were redundant and ridiculous. He has been a huge help in our whole hail storm ordeal. John always addressed any concerns we had. Such as his crew leaving glass on our front steps when a stubborn window would not come out without the glass breaking. His crew leaders always listened to us and answered any questions we had. The experience with Magnolia Windows and Door Company was positive. The products are high quality. Our heat bill has gone done substantially since they installed our new windows and they look great! I would highly recommend working with John King at Magnolia Windows and Door Company.

Beginning to end it was absolutely professional. The owner came over at our convenience (was quite late in the evening). He was knowledgeable without pushing product. He answered all of our questions in a straightforward manner - i liked this as there is a massive amount of pointed information on internet, specifically as to which replacement window to utilize. This helped tremendously to see the windows and discuss some of the misinformation that is found online. (lots of divisive information on all brands of replacement windows). Measurements were taken by Gary and his wife - very kind people. The installers were fantastic. They were so nice to my wife and kids. They stayed on task but were quite available for questions or concerns. Several times my wife had questions and they were patient in explaining the process. All windows are plumb, functional, without issues. The windows have been great - replaced 40 year old double hungs - with double hungs. Temperature difference is stunning. Road noise from outside seems to be dramatically different. Appearance is great - especially with the exterior trim. I will say that there was a blemish on two windows (unsure if factory or install related) and I asked for a piece of trim to be reworked.... They sent someone out within the hour to make the requested repairs; they were quite minor.... but I was impressed that they were able to fix them and that they were so responsive. Very glad to have worked with Magnolia and satisfied with my windows.

John King was very helpful and professional throughout the process. The workmanship was excellent and completed in a very good time frame. The new windows have cut down on the outside noise dramatically. I would recommend Magnolia Window and Door Company to anyone needing new siding or windows.

The company was a thrill to work with, the employees were very professional and above all they actually arrived on time and got to work right away. After having a contractor nightmare, magnolia window & door company was a god-sent, they did everything as promised and even went beyond that to make sure we satisfy with the quality of the the product and the work. We can't say enough good things about our experience. They will be our only stop for any work around the house from now on. Since day one, we were able to tell that those windows were top notch and the temperature of the in our house has been more stable thus cutting down on heating cost.

John King is the president and he was the one that came out. He said that he was giving a 40 percent discount to Angie's List customers and his price was 3 times the price of everybody else after the discount. I sent him a note and he sent me back a nasty note, which was very unprofessional. The coupon was a joke. He did get the quote back right away. He was way too early for the appointment and by the time that my husband got here for the scheduled appointment, he was ready to leave because it was a Friday afternoon. I was here with my child and my husband was taking off of work early to meet with him. He showed up an hour early. He was high pressure and wanted to side the whole house and we only needed to have one side done. His quote was unacceptable and he wouldn’t accept no for an answer. There was no details on the quote.

The project went very smooth. The performance of all the workers and various projects was flawless. Mr. King who owns the company made several visits to our home. He was a very "hands on" person with our project. The professionalism and attention to detail was superb with all the workers. We could not believe how smooth and quickly a project of our size was completed. The overall job performance was incredible!

John was very punctual for our appointments and did not give the 3 hour "dog and pony show" that the other companies had given me. He was very confident in the products that he used and was knowledgeable about them as well. The crew that did the work was very helpful and could answer any questions that I had. They also were very respectful of our property, flowers and pets. I could not be happier with the work.

Flyer left in mailbox. Called for qoute to replace all wood windows with new vinyl windows. Owner inspected house and discussed quality and glass options and then later emailed me a quote based on exact window sizes. Took me to another nearby house they were doing and I met the actual install crew and saw the quality of thier materials and workmanship. Installed on agreed day. Months later, the e-coating on three window panes went bad - visible coloration defects in the glass. Called Magnolia, they looked up window codes and ordered replacement sashes which were installed by Magnolia under warranty at not cost to me. Very pleased with overall service, quality, professionalism.

Signed contract/windows ordered/windows installed; All in less time than estimated.
