We initially called Magnolia Windows for a window estimate. We decide to use them again for a deck and sunroom. The deck turned out very nice. The sunroom was then added. We are very pleased with the sunroom and the HVAC unit. We changed our mind about sunroom size quite a few times and John was patient with us! This is a great sunroom. We love it. The quality is what we expected or better. The crew (Rick and helper) were professional. They left the site clean. Would not hesitate to use them for another project.

John was very helpful with our project from start to finish. He worked on all aspects of our project and made sure we got everything we wanted. The installation was done well and the staff was very considerate.

We had old aluminum windows and needed new ones. We looked at and received estimates from several companies. We only looked at companies with positive ratings on Angie?s List. We selected Magnolia because the price was in line, John helped educate us, gave us honest answers, and we felt he would make any issues encountered during the install right for us. The installers were very professional and did great work. The installers cleaned up after each day. We did not encounter any issues with the windows or their installation. We are very pleased with our new windows.

Rick did a great job. He removed the old porch and replaced it with a much larger deck. We are very pleased with the deck.

John King came out to the house and measured the windows and gave us an estimate. He made some suggestions and answered all our questions. We had a previous estimate but felt that John answered our questions better and gave us more information than the other company. Next Gary came out and did the exact measurements for the windows. The windows arrived in about two weeks. Gary and his crew arrived on the day that we expected them. They completed the job in the estimated time. The crew did a great job of installing the windows and the door. They cleaned up the work area. The crew was professional and friendly. Thanks for a job well done.

John came out and consulted with us last summer about re-doing the deck and/or adding a screened in porch. We decided this spring to just do the deck re-do as the screened porch would not work with our roof line. We also decided on a pergola to provide some shade after having 2 large trees removed. John was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The deck turned out beatifully and the pergola is wonderful. Exactly what we were looking for. Waylon and his co-worker completed the job in about a week with some weather delays. They were very professional and left the job site clean each day. We are thrilled with how it all looks and look forward to spending more time outside!

The installers were very professional and did great work. Due to a mix up, the wrong size shutters were hung on some of the windows. The issue was fixed and we had the correct size shutters installed the next day at no additional cost. We are very pleased with our siding, shutters, and gutters. The installers cleaned up after each day.

Working with John, Gary, and the installation crew was a pleasure. John met me at the house and went into detail about my choices and the latest technologies being used. He was sure to answer all of my questions, big and small, and offered a great guarantee on the windows and the installation work. The replacement windows look great and were installed in a short amount of time. The crew hauled everything away and left the house looking great. Overall, a satisfying experience and I feel good about using a local window company.

I thought the experience went very well. I was impressed with the high quality of service as well as the windows. The gentlemen that installed the windows were very professional and my wife and I were both very pleased with the finished product. We will definitely consider Magnolia in the future when the need arises for more replacement windows!

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

The owner himself was able to come out in the evening (awesome!) to measure our windows and discuss our needs. He was very straight forward and even offered window ideas to save us some money. There was no pressure or goofy sales tactics. Once we decided to have Magnolia do the job for us, everything went smoothly. The windows were ordered and arrived in the quoted time frame. The installers were polite and cleaned up their messes. The windows are high quality and we notice a big difference in the comfort of our home and also less noise from traffic. The windows make our home look so much nicer both inside and out. I highly recommend Magnolia Window & Door Company.

We always get several bids on any project that is performed. Magnolia Windows was not the cheapest or the most expensive bid that we received. John King came to our home with samples and pictures of many projects. We told him what we wanted (well insulated windows) and no worries about how it was going to be done. We wanted a full window view with the ability to open the top windows and have the bottom windows fixed. That is what we got. It totally changed the screened porch into a new room in our home. We already had a 2 sided stone fireplace that heated the open porch now the backporch is a paradise. We have been enjoying it the past few days before the floor guy came today. Gary and his crew were great. He understood how we wanted things to be done and it was never a problem. The whole project has been wonderful and so professionally done. All I can say is we love it. The floor will be finished tomorrow and then Saturday we can move into our new room. Thanks to all that made this so wonderful. And since they did a great job, we are now going to do the large deck off this room.

Our initial meeting with John King, Magnolia President/Owner, was thoroughly informative and not in anyway high pressure. I felt confident our business was important to Mr. King and that he would see to it that both parties (us and him) would be pleased and proud of the finished project. How was this accomplished? After signing the contract, orders were immediately placed. Approximately two weeks after our initial meeting, our home was skillfully and beautifully resided in the Sierra color. Soon after, the old wooden windows were replaced with fabulous Ultimate/2000 double hung windows. Not only do they add so much to the appearance of our home, they provide thermal protection and outside noise reduction. Outstanding is the word that describes both the siding and window crews. They were highly efficient but also considerate of our home and yard in every way; the final clean-ups the best I've ever experienced. They were willing to answer questions, address and solve concerns, and make adjustments when needed. In conclusion, my husband and I simply have to say we are completely satisfied with the whole renovation experience and thrilled with the finished product - our "new" home.

John King was great at getting straight to the point on price and also showed us the quality of the windows Forman, Gary and his team of windows installers went above and beyond, installing the windows in extreme heat, and doing an excellent job. We chose Magnolia as the most responsive among three siding companies we interviewed from a list of five taken from Angie's List. Their representative, Mr. John King, listened attentively to all of our requirements for the job and included them all in the work order. The crew, led by Mr. Tony Kelly, arrived as scheduled and set immediately to the task. They informed us of their planned schedule and arrived daily with a full staff. Each man knew his job and fit smoothly into the whole. It was like watching a well-coached football team of experienced players. At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the workspace and stored their equipment away unobtrusively. The team was careful to avoid damage to shrubs and landscaping surrounding the house. When all of our requirements were met, the crew cleaned the area thoroughly. The job was completed on time and within budget. They met or exceeded all of our expectations. Recently, we had the opportunity to use the services of Magnolia Windows & Doors. We had an existing covered porch on the back of our house. Initially, Mr. John King came to our home and sat down with us and showed us a portfolio of projects which his company had completed. Mr. King sat with us as we patiently looked through the entire portfolio. Afterwards, it was a no brainer; we knew immediately that we wanted Magnolia Windows & Doors to enclose our porch. Mr. King told us exactly what was going to happen. He took the time and performed all of the measurements himself. We sat down in his office where he showed us models of different types of sun rooms. This is where we decided on which model we were going to use. As we looked at the models. it gave us an idea of what our finished sunroom would look like. We were not disappointed. The workers were prompt and always on time; willing and eager to work. They were very professional, hardworking, and very pleasant to be around. When we sent out email requests, he was the only one who responded. I would say it is definitely in his favor. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The price was higher than we wanted to pay, but maybe we just need to save some extra money. He did not run down other people. He had a good balance there of trying to make the sale and yet not dragging people through the mud.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The sales guy, John, was very knowledgeable, and lead us in a good direction. We had no experience with buying windows, and he was helpful, honest, and knew how to best spend our money.

The roofing job went extremely well. The men worked very hard and diligently set about to complete the task required to put on a new roof. They replaced some plywood that had gotten wet; installed a ridge vent the entire length of the roof and cut the necessary vent cap in the deck board where there was currently no ridge vent. I wanted the ridge vent to cover the entire ridge forthe aethetic effect because a ridge across the garage was not really necessary. Gary had brought a cart in which all the roofing debris was put, so there was no mess left on the ground. They also had a long magnetic pole to pick up any nails around the house which had fallen during the installation. The men were most professional and courteous. They were a pleasure to haveon my roof! I want to emphasize what a beautiful job they did on my roof and I would recommend their services to anyone whowants to have a roof that will be expertly and quickly installed.

It was a complicated job because the porch I had was over 30 years old. He brought everything up to code and put the sun room on and enclosed the porch. They got everything approved and showed up when they said they would be there. They got things done in a timely fashion. They did everything they said they would do. The people they sent were very professional and handled the job expertly.

Overall, we would definitely recommend Magnolia WIndow Company. John King is very professional and knowledgeable about his product. The windows were installed in a very timely manner; the installation crew were very considerate of our home inside and out. The quality of the windows are exceptional; we have seen a dramatic savings in our energy cost due to the efficiency of the windows. Again, we are very, very pleased with the windows.
