Mad Water Works

Former employee here. Mark Davis takes every shortcut he possibly can on his jobs. Many other employees of his have complained about not getting paid, and I'm one of them. He sent me to a job site and did not show up, ducked my calls for a week, and did not pay me. His work is shoddy and his mind is usually occupied by his next trip to the bar. Unprofessional in every sense.

Very well. He was early, did extra things, reasonably price, and professional.

At first I was hopeful about using Mark Davis for his plumbing services on a renovation. He was prompt to respond to our inquiry for a quote, punctual about showing up to look at the job, and punctual on the date he started the job. Unfortunately, when he finished the job, I was at work so he came by to pick up his payment. I should not have paid him without first seeing that the job was completed properly, but I had full confidence that he would do what he said he would. Later that evening, I went by the property; he had not done what we had discussed in person twice. He has left us in a position of finding another plumber to redo some of his unsatisfactory work and complete another portion. We now have to re-purchase materials that have been used but cannot be reused, and he has set us back on time. I have tried to contact him multiple times but he will not respond back. We have our own home and two rentals so we were hopeful about the prospect of having a dependable plumber for future jobs. We are beyond disappointed in Mark’s performance and his character.
