LUKE'S PLUMBING

Since 2015 we have used Luke's Plumbing at least three times. He has always done great work and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend Luke's Plumbing. He last did some work on 06/22/2023 when we had a toilet that was wobbling. He was on time and quickly completed the work. Luke's Plumbing does excellent work, is reasonably priced, is honest, and you can trust them.

Always quick response to phone calls and came out when scheduled. Pricing seemed fair. Always would give his opinion on what he thought was good quality products- what to buy and what not to buy. Cheap vs built to last.

Luke is a one man shop and always gets in touch with us as soon as he is able to. He even tries his best to accommodate us into his schedule. He always knows what to do and fixes it right the first time. The price is very fair for the services, skills and knowledge provided.

We have used them on several rental properties and they always are fair and do a good job. We will continue to work with them.

My sink was clogged and called Luke's plumbing. He called that morning and, due to busy Holiday schedules, we had to set up an appointment for the next day. I was able to get my sink unclogged and called and told him it wasn't necessary for him to come. In my books, anyone who calls back within 2 hours and is pleasant will be on my list to call for help when I do need a plumber.

He repaired the toilet leak with a new wax ring. Then we needed to disconnect the water heater and move it. He was able to fix the pressure problems. In the meantime we decided to purchase a new water heater once the basement remodel is done and we will be calling him back to install the new unit. He is very accommodating and very reasonably priced.

Luke is always prompt and shows up when he says he will. He is very pleasant and professional and does good work. I would not even consider using another plumber.

He arrived when he said he would, did the work that was requested. He was easy to work with, had the repair parts and knew what he was doing. There were no issues and he is easy to work with.

There was a large water leak that appeared to be coming from under the house and water saturated the yard and was running into the road. We couldn't tell where it was coming from so we turned off all the water to the home and called Luke. He came out and identified that it was the underground pipe to the sprinkler system so he got it shut off and then when the neighbor came home he had their sprinkler company repair the break. Luke did an excellent job - prompt, quickly determined the problem and repaired in a short time - i.e. I expected it to take a couple of hours - NOT! Luke is professional, understands the homeowner concerns, answers questions. I will definitely use and recommend Luke again.

Luke replaced my water pressure regulator. Was easy to schedule, fast, and got it done right.

Luke did a super job. Final hole in ceiling was of minimal size allowing for easy replacement of sheetrock and knockdown finish. Original joint was under stress (which probably caused the crack) and leaked as a drip. Luke cut out the entire joint, duplicated the arrangement and reinstalled (without the stress). Luke is easy going but professional and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent. This started as a DIY project. One of the supply line connectors was corroded and leaking. Then the handle on one of the faucets broke when we went to turn the water off. And the replacement handles we bought didn't fit. Time for an expert. Some service providers try to scare you into thinking "wow this is a big problem" to justify their fee. Luke Owen, in addition to being a very pleasant guy to deal with, doesn't need to over sell. He gave a clear, professional explanation of the problem and solution. He's interested in making things work. You get the feeling he's giving your problem the same attention he would if it were his home.

Every time I have called Luke, he returns my call and makes an appointment convenient to my schedule. He is the onlu plumber I will use.

No scams, no rip-offs. no service charges for visits without rendering service, no commissioned sales people pretending to be plumbers, Just a real honest businessman doing a great job. Luke showed up early for his appointment and completed the work thoroughly, quickly and efficiently. The Real Deal!! A day earlier another company had come to do the work. After discovering their intent was to up-sell services by manufacturing other problems they were not allowed to proceed and they were asked to leave. Obviously, their intent was to deceive and rip customers off.

He's a great guy. I paid for all the repairs including all the stuff inside and outside. He's incredibly friendly. I called and he was here in 20 minutes because I had water going into the yard. He got the water set up and got the job finished literally within a very short period. I would give him an A+. I would definitely use him again in the future.

He was good. He is just the one guy and he is real nice. We did not have anything major done.

I had roofers and ladders all around my home and while they were on top of my house replacing my roof, he was working on my plumbing below! Brave soul!

Luke showed up when he said he would, he provided an acurate estimate. He went and picked up hardware for us. Luke cleared a kitchen drain, bathtub drain, replaced tub/shower hardware and replaced kitchen sink pipes. Great Job!

On Friday morning I discovered my water service line from the meter to the house was leaking. I filled the bathtub with water and then turn the water off at the meter. Next I called Luke's Plumbing and by that afternoon someone was at the house to give me an estimate. They explained the type of pipe that could be used and the cost and the method of installation for each type. The gas company (Tennessee One Call) marked the location of the gas line Saturday morning, and that afternoon the water line was repaired, the water turned back on and checked for leaks, the yard sodded and seed planted by late in the afternoon. I was also given a receipt to take to the water company in order to have my water bill adjusted. At the time of my phone call, they advised me to turn the water off at the meter, which I had already done. And after leaving on Friday afternoon after estimating the job, they offered to left me keep the key for turning the meter off and on until they returned in the event that I needed water in the house. Dos If it is not explained to you, inquiry as to the type of pipe/tubing that is to be used and why? Ask if the excavations will be filled and seeded. Ask if Tennessee One Call has been notified before any excavation begins. Fill the bathtub with water in order to flush the toilet while the water is turned off. Might want to buy the tool needed to turn the water off and on at the meter. Home Depot has them. They are handy to have around. DON'TS Do not allow any excavation until Tennessee One Call has been notified and gas, cable, etc, lines marked.

We first asked Luke to look at what we thought was a leaky faucet 2 years ago. To our great surprise and pleasure he told us it wasn't the faucet at all but water being splashed out of the tub by the users. He declined to charge us even for a service trip and we promised to call on him again when we needed plumbing service. He came today and replaced 2 outside faucets, repaired a third, and fixed a single handle shower faucet which had the hot and cold positions reversed. One of the outdoor faucets had to be dug up in order to repair it and all total the work took at least an hour. Not many things feel as good as knowing that you've found a good, honest and dependable plumber.

They did an excellent job I believe. They were professional and knew what they were doing. The estimate was very close to the final bill. Their prices were very fair for the work which needed done. I can also say that they were very honest and I trust the work which they performed.
