Because we were not living in Tennessee while we were deciding on a home, Lucas kept us informed about what was happening via phone calls and emails. He was quick to reply. He researched whatever infomation we asked for and he kept his schedule open for us ech time we visited Tennessee during the home-buying process. Since we closed on our house, Lucas is helping us learn our way around the greater Knoxville area. He is not just our agent, he is now a family friend.
Description of Work: 2011: We came to Tennessee from out of state and knew nothing about the area. Lucas drove us all over east Tennessee and was very patient as we inspected and debated about each home we looked at. He never tried to hurry us. He listened to what was important to us and never tried to persuade us to buy a particular house. He pointed out issues with different homes that he thought we should know about, but let us make the decision about which house would be best for us. When we decided to buy a forclosure, he guided us through the process and was able to negotiate a much lower price with the bank. 2012: Because we were so pleased with Lucas's help in buying our home, we are now working with him as the property manager for the rental properties we own. He has done a fanastic job in locating properites for us to buy and finding tenants for those homes.
