They did a very good job and finished the job on-time. The work was well done. After the work was completed, Lowe's gave me a follow-up call to see if I was happy with the work. I thought that was nice.

It went well. We would recommend them. They were very courteous. They came out promptly for the estimate. We had several other companies also come out to measure and give us estimates, but we decided to go with them. They came when they said they were going to come and they stayed until they finished the job. They cleaned up after. Their punctuality was about average. They had a little trouble getting started. We would use them again. Their price was average.

It was a very good experience overall. We were especially pleased with the low cost, given that we had been quoted a price of more than double what we paid for a "name brand" door set by another company. The first gentleman we talked with at Lowe's must have been new as he had to keep asking questions of the much more experienced person. He wrote up an estimate and when we came back days later to place an order we, fortunately, worked with the experienced fellow who checked the estimate and found that he would have ordered a door that would have been several inches too wide. (I'm thinking/hoping that he checks all such orders.) Make sure you deal with the experienced guy! His name is Danny Sutton and has been doing this for like 14 years. The installers were A.J. Foulks and his wife. It was obvious that A.J. knew what he was doing (7 years experience). They were both conscientious and friendly. They were careful, did a good job and cleaned up nicely. They were about an hour late due to a broken hose in their truck. But I would definitely use their services again, and will probably do so to repair a rotted window frame. Overall, I was very pleased with Lowes and this experience.

Very pleasant experience. I went to the store with the intention of "looking" and waiting for a 12-month no interest promotion. They gave that to me right away and they even waited until my painters could come and do the utility room and a friend could haul away the existing appliances. The company Lowes contracted to deliver was very professional and neat and timely. Altogether, a very pleasant experience and I would use them again.

Andrew Hartley was our sales representative, and he is a pleasure to work with - a true professional. The crews that were subcontracted to do the work did an outstanding job, and our home looks fantastic with the improvements (and will save us $$ on our utility bills)! Fantastic job on all counts!

Needed to replace 20 year-old carpet so purchased 700 sq. ft of carpet for four bedrooms at $2/sq. ft with a promotional install of about $100. The carpet arrived at Lowe's quickly after our order was placed and the install date was scheduled directly. My husband feels they called just a few too many times to confirm the date and time and the calls became annoying. We liked that the installation charge included moving furniture, but this did not include computers, monitors, TV's and the like so we had lots of prep work of our own to do. The man who came to measure spoke little English so communication was difficult. This made me worried about communicating with the installers. Vincent and his partner arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently. My worries about communication were quickly put to rest since Vincent's English is very good. I feel they could have done better prepping of the floor though, since I can feel a few of the old staples from the previous pad through our new premium pad. I told Vincent that I wanted to vacuum before the new padding was put down and he was very good about calling me in to do so. They, in fact, merely swept so I'm glad I followed with my Dyson. I should have said something about the staples at that time since I noticed some remaining, but didn't. Since they seemed to be working through lunch we ordered pizza and they were very happy with that. They cleaned up quickly and despite the staple issue, we're happy with the results. The carpet looks terrific. My biggest complaint is that their van was leaking all kinds of fluids and left three large stains on my driveway. Lowe's called the evening of the installation to see how everything went, but we didn't know about the stains then so did not tell them.

The workers were very efficient and they did good work. We've had no problems with it.

I was not happy with the person who came to install because he did some mistakes and the door did not get installed correctly. They have been very nice about things, but, as far as the quality of service is concerned, the experience has not been very good.

Our master bath shower door had to be replaced. After going through Angie's list we selected Lowe's to install the new shower door. The response was very good. The initial estimate, door selection and special order got done in a timely manner. Lowe's kept calling us to update and made sure we knew when to expect the door to arrive at their place. The day of the installation prep work got started on time, but the shower door did not fit and had to be taken back and another door with the correct dimensions had to be re ordered. So, it took longer for the project to be completed, but we have no major complaints!

The flooring was the least expensive. The gentleman that helped me, guided me to the correct resources and gave plenty of advice and tips. Lowe's helped make my first experience of buying and installing laminate flooring a breeze.

Every summer, my husband and I have a home improvement project done We have had several bad experiences with unreliable workmen. Because we were hoping to avoid those types of hassles this summer, we decided to use Lowe's Installation services, knowing they'd oversee and coordinate the installers for us. We were very pleased with both the finished product and the process itself. Lowe's stayed on top of the project from the minute I signed the contract. After the carpet was put down, someone from the install team called to check on how things went, and they did the same after the wood flooring was installed. I always felt secure knowing that the project would be done well and in a timely manner and that there was always a support person I could call if things "went south"!

The installer called the day before with two options of when he could come and gave an hour window for his arrival. Our house suffers from poor quality repairs by the previous owner which resulted in a more difficult installation project than what he may have been anticipating. He did a good job cleaning up after himself and explained how to disassemble the mis-keyed deadbolt that I needed to return to Lowe s. The Lowe s people were easy to deal with, although since they are sort of "middle men" in the process, there is a lot of delay as they call the installer, the installer calls you, the installer calls Lowe s, etc.

Lowe's did a great job on our floors. We just love them. They were a bit late for their scheduled time, but it worked out fine. The workers knew what they were doing. I was happy with the service overall. The price was fair. I would use their services again in the future.

Lowe's was probably one of the most reasonable companies as far as pricing. They did a great job with the installation. Everything looks good. There are no tacks visible and no pieces tearing up from the floor either. I'm satisfied I chose to go with them.

Now that we have two water heaters working again, it is much easier to make sure everyone has hot water. Lowes was able to put in the new water heater in just about an hour and it has worked great since. The people at Lowes were really nice and did a great job.

This company provides quite the home improvement needs. I wish I would have used them a long time ago. Our flooring looks so beautiful. I was satisfied with all the work that was done. The only problem I had was with the guy doing the work. He got sick, and I had to wait awhile, but the wait was worth it. I feel he did terrific work.

I like that they were very detailed oriented and paid attention to the little things. I also really liked that they told me all the prices and what to expect up front. They never tried to add any additional charges. They were very friendly and professional when they came out.

The installers were good quality workmen and they did just fine installing our carpet. They did what was needed and expected of them. The problem was with Lowes internal scheduling because it was terrible. They kept telling me they would have a crew out here and I kept taking off work to wait for them. It took three days before they finally sent someone. I lost about $500 in wages waiting for them.

The contractors were here on time each day, they worked on the floors. They guys were nice to work with and I thought they put in some good quality floors. The finished product was great. They removed the old carpet to do the job and hauled everything away. They did a good job cleaning up when they were all finished.
