It was good, they know what they are doing. Husband and wife came and did it. She hands him exactly what he needs when he needs it. They left the area neat and tidy when they were done.

We contracted them in February and the tile was just finished last week. We're talking one room. It took them that long to do one room. They don't really monitor the contractors. They're basically saying that Lowe's is all going to blame it on him. He's saying that they'll all blame it on Lowe's. I got caught in the middle. We paid them upfront to do the work. When they made a dust mess in the house so much that we could write our names in the furniture and take a picture of it, you could see it. They bought over us having a cleaner come in and clean the carpet because they said that the price is too high. We're still sitting in the house with the dust and waiting on them to approve the appraisal for the carpet cleaning. He started the latter part of March. I wanted to make it as easy as possible. I pulled all the marble up myself and my husband and we're in our late 60's. My husband hauled off the tile. They were sending the wrong materials. He had to let the stock that he laid down on the surface, he had to let it set. He put the tile in and came the grout. Then came the sealing of the grout. The grout cracked and it failed. He had to come and remove the grout. My 88-year-old mom lives with us. We had to tell her to stay upstairs in the bedroom with the door closed. All they're basically doing was making excuses why it wasn't their fault. We were very patient. We never yelled at anybody. It wasn't until June that we started really getting upset.

The worst contracting experience of my life. Paid Lowes for fencing, and to subcontract the labor. Purchased a home, and stressed that the materials could not be delivered until the home was closed upon. The materials were dumped in the yard before closing. Contractor would promise to show up, and not show, or call. This happened multiple times. I had to contact Lowes, to get the contractor to get back in touch. Phone tag went on for weeks. The purpose of the fence was to allow my dogs full use of the yard. When the contractor *finally* finished, and they left.. one of the gates would not stay closed. The panels were so far apart, that the latch would not touch. I had to contact Lowes again, to rectify this problem. I was told that the same guys would be sent to fix the problem. No thank you. Not THAT runaround, again. I was lied to by the frontline worker and by the installed services management. I had to go to corporate to receive help. I went to corporate 3 times. Lows would not follow up with me, ever - despite the continued problems. They utterly failed. A comealong is still attached to my fence, the post is not cut to size or capped. It has been a month since the new contractor was finally sent. I am tired of calling repeatedly, to get any sort of answers. To require escalation every single time to get any satisfaction. I am not sure what I paid Lowes for, other than frustration. Do not use this Lowes for installed services. The manager admitted to me, over the phone, that they have atleast one poor performing contractor within each trade. When she told me this, my jaw dropped. Use anyone else. Just don't bother with Lowes.

They did more then just the floor.

I found them to be hassle free and they did an excellent job with the installation.

We were not satisfied with the work done by the contracter that Lowes uses to do thier work.We called Lowes several times,and never could get them to come out and see the job that the contracter had done. The gate that he put put up is not straight.

The installation work was good and the installers were friendly. Lowes first measured for the windows which has a fee of $35 (deducted from the final cost if windows are ordered). Then exactly two weeks after I ordered the windows, they installed them in about three hours. My only complaint is that initially they said the install would be approximately $100, but when I ordered it the install was $150 per window; $200/hr. labor seems a bit excessive. It is important to note that this was still cheaper than other quotes we received.

My overall opinion regarding this company was great. They did excellent work on my windows they were flawless and clean. Their prices were excellent. I compared them with other companies and they were the cheapest.

It was a very bad experience because they had to redo the job. It was just horrible. They would not listen to me and if they would have they would not have had to redo the job. They used the wrong materials and it was a major inconvenience for myself and my family. I certainly would not use them again. The end result was satisfactory, but I felt they were very unprofessional.
