Called Lloyd's around 5-6 am Monday and they came out THAT morning and fixed everything, including installing a new I-bolt through the attic, ran new 4/0 4/0 2/0 up to new weatherhead. They were pleasant, professional and very quick. They called KUB for reconnection when done so I didn't have to. Got my power back on late in the afternoon without losing any refrigerated items. No estimate, but I didn't ask until they were already working, and the guy looked at his figures and gave me a reasonable figure. The bill was actually less than what he'd said. I'll definitely use them again.

Not only did they fix the lights but even adjusted one light that had been put in by our home builder incorrectly and never worked right. They worked on it until they got it right! I really appreciated that. I have used them in the past and will again. Very prompt, professional and priced well.

I was experiencing problems with one of my breakers constantly breaking. Lloyds promptly responded to my call and provided a very good explanation of the problems. In addition they proposed a work around that would solve the problem instead of replacing the entire breaker box.. This saved me quite a bit of money and I appreciated having a less expensive but equally effective resolution to the problem. They were very professional, courteous and great to work with.

Call them on Saturday, dec. 22 and they came out within a hour and worked on it. They where really nice and done a great job.

I selected Lloyd,s Electrical Service because they are and authorized servicer and installer for Generac Generators. Jay Lloyd and his father showed up at my home on time and completed the job in less than a half day. Installation was professional, on-time and done right, I definitely would recommend Lloyd's Electrical Service to any one and plan on using them on future projects.

They did a fantastic job! They did a good job with cleaning up. They did a good follow up to make sure everything was working properly.

I got Lloyds name on a referral. Lloyds has a reputation for finding old systems and being able to reconnect them. He did so in this case and was able to reconnect the old system to the septic tank, below a level the house is on. To get to the level is required him to remove shrubs and trees, which he did. He left out a couple of pieces of pipe to show it was totally disconnected and dry. They system has been working very well ever since he did the work. We got the bonus of cleaning up down below the system and I felt good about it. He was already doing work in this area so he was able to get to us within a few days of our request. If he had had to build a new system, he would have had to get county approval and it would have taken some time. In terms of price I was anticipating $10,000 so his price was very appealing. I was not at home during the work. By the time we got back into town, he had already done the work and was finished. I can say on the basis of performance it was very well done. His responsiveness was amazing! His punctuality was great. He came when promised and was done so fast I could hardly believe it! I have not had an occasion to do this before, but as far as I could tell he was very professional with how he conducted himself. I did not roll out a contract, similar to my roofing project I am about to do, but he said I will do it for $3500, we shook hands and agreed to it. I would use him again and he told me to call him if I ever have problems.

Lloyd's is an authorized servicer and installer of Generac generators, which provides them with an expertise many other electricians lack. This was very apparent when I collected two other estimates for the same work. Lloyd's was not only the cheapest estimate, but was confident about the time and scope of the project. Although I was placed on Lloyd's calendar immediately after making a deposit for my Generator, it did take 3 weeks to have a crew out - though this was within the time frame I was given, so no surprises. Jay Lloyd, the lead on the project, was very responsive to my emails and phone calls leading up to the work. He lead two other technicians who completed the work in one day. Though I am not a professional, the quality of the install looks fantastic. Most importantly for an install like this, Lloyd's is authorized to work on my Generator and can be the first point of contact should anything go wrong. I definitely advise anyone considering a stand-by generator to ensure your installer is authorized by the equipment manufacturer. We had our first power outage since the generator install last night and it worked beautifully.

They did an excellent job. First, they set up an appointment for the very next day after my call. Next, they actually called that morning and said they could come two hours early. We compromised on one hour early, and they asked for details on the dimmer switch so that they could go ahead and purchase one before they came. They were only here about 45 minutes, and the problem of the outside outlet was really that (unknown to me) the outlet was on a ground fault switch that was in my garage and it was merely tripped. So, they were straight with me about the second problem, and even gave me a recommendation for a product I could buy to help protect the outdoor outlet from tripping in the future. The $150 cost was approx. $130 for the call and $20 for the dimmer. I was very pleased and will use them again!

. The salesman/estimator was helpful, the technicians were on time and professional. When an issue arose involving the installation they promptly returned, repaired and owned the issue.

Overall, the experience went very well. The electrician was prompt, knowledgable, courteous, and finished the work in a timely manner. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them.

Very well. Showed up on time, completed work quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and in general very nice and helpful.

They did a good job for me. First, they analyzed the problem and found that the outlet was actually the problem, even though I thought it was a wiring problem. Our security lights weren't working, which turned out to be a bad switch. They were recommended by word of mouth. They were quick to respond, and they didn't do more than they needed to. They had good personalities and were easy to work with. They were conscientious about the house.

Lloyds Service was great. Our electrician was delayed from the original appointment due to an emergency, but he called us and let us know he couldn't come. As soon as he was done with the call, he arrived and got the work done promptly and professionally. Very impressed with the workmanship, price, and follow-through of the company.

Turned up when they said they would, did the job well, cleaned up afterward.

Lloyds was great and they came out right after we put the service call into them. They gave us a quote and said if we needed to we could pay for it in two payments. They completed the job very efficiently and the guy was very polite.

All the outlets in my kitchen were on the same breaker so I decided to put in a new one for safety reasons. I have a brick home and they were still able to run an outlet outside to use in the yard. I was happy they were able to do so. They do good work. They are not always the cheapest guys out there. I do believe you get what you pay for, if you want high quality service. I think it may have run around $200-300 for this particular job.

After my husband tried to hang a painting, he stuck the nail in a spot where there was wiring and it caused a short, so we called Lloyd's. They came soon afterwards and it took them about an hour to fix the circuit. We've used them for 15 years.
