Description of Work: Located in the Knoxville area, but covering much more, Little Fish Land & Home is a new and inventive Real Estate Agency. Owner and broker, Rob Mynatt, is inventive and progressive in his way of listing properties. This is a "Subscription Based" agency. We paid one fee and our property will now remain on the public MLS service until we sell the property. We just listed our Lot in Covered Bridge in Knoxville with one of the plans that he offers.
