First off, they called me back to set up an appointment. Then they actually showed up on time. I am finding this to be a rarity up here. The young man that showed up to do my stump grinding. Gary, was very courteous and nice and acted very professional. He made no extraordinary promises, but just proved what he could do in an exceptional manner. His work was better than I have ever seen. Period

Travis was very quick to return my call, came out next day to look at what we wanted done, provided quote. Price was in line with other quotes obtained but could fit us in sooner. Travis contacted us the following week as promised to advise where we were in the work queue. Crew arrived promptly on scheduled day and completed the work in one day. Work done: Trimmed 4 trees of varying sizes, removed 3 trees, ground 4 stumps. Removed all debris. I was at home so Travis had me come out and check progress periodically, especially when trimming the large trees by the house, to be sure they were doing what we wanted and keeping the health and overall appearance of the trees in mind. Professional, thorough crew. We only had trees done but they left yard cleaner at end of day than when they arrived. Price was fair. Wouldn't hestitate to use again and recommend to others.

The guys from L&M showed up on time and went straight to work, removed 1 huge tree and 7 stumps in just a few hours and after cleaning up around the stumps and talking with me to make sure I was completly happy, they were gone. Very efficient and professional, I will definatly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have some tree service done.

Excellent, Travis was here in 30 minutes and finished grinding two medium and one very large stump in about an hour. He was very helpful and extremely reasonable.

I have hired L&M Tree Service previously to remove several trees, and they did a fantastic job. Fast, safe, reliable, and reasonably priced. On this job, I had several dead trees in the way of installing a fence. Travis responded promptly and took the trees down. I am again pleased with his level of professionalism and work. I will use L&M Tree Service in the future and would highly recommend them.

I needed a tree removed and another tree trimmed quickly. I contacted Travis on Monday and he came on Wednesday. While Travis was here giving me a quote we discussed some other work I wanted done. He was great about making suggestions and gave me a quote on the spot. I ended up having two small trees removed, one huge tree trimmed with a bucket truck and cabled and another four trees trimmed back. He wasn’t the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. I needed the work done quickly and he was able to accommodate my request. He and his guys showed up right on time. They were very pleasant and they did a great job. Definitely recommend.

The company returned my call the following day, planned initiating the project in about a week but were able to begin a day early and finished within the week. They were very cooperative about working with a friend of mine concerning the disposal of the wood and chips. Although the trees were in close proximity to electric service lines and a 5' chain link fence, they were able to avoid damaging either of them. There was some moderate damage to one other tree in the yard but they trimmed it up and mitigated what damage they could. Over all, the work was done promptly and professionally and they were willing to take my concerns seriously and work with me.

I chose L&M because of the thoroughness of the interview with the owner, Travis Mader, when he came out personally to see the project and give me the bid. He answered my questions almost before I had a chance to ask them. He volunteered his licensing and insurance, especially workman's comp, and told me that any damage they created would be repaired at no cost to us. The whole crew arrived about 9:30 on 1/1/20, and began working right away. Originally, the project was only to remove 1 tree, but the owner gave me an option of adding the removal of a 2nd tree for about 1/3 the cost of removing the 1st tree (including stump grinding). They worked consistently until taking a break for lunch about 1 pm. They were very competent and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They rolled back a chain link fence, so as to not damage it during the tree removal, and put the chain link fence back better than they had found it. They took care not to damage any buildings, and although the ground was soft, the tire treads left only a small indentation considering the weight of the debris (large logs) which had to be removed. The smaller tree limbs were hauled to the street where a machine ground them into sawdust and blown into a truck for removal. They raked the smaller debris left over, and used some of the stump grindings to fill in the area where the roots had been, and where the truck tire treads had left indentations. This is strictly a family operated business. Some of the workers included an uncle, a brother-in-law, some cousins, etc. They have been in business for more than 20 years, and the thoroughness and competency of the working crew showed that they knew exactly what to do. Each man had his own job to do, and they worked together very efficiently. I would hire L&M again in a minute to do any tree work that I may need in the future.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the work done by L & M Tree Service and Lawn Maintenance. Travis, the owner, worked with us to meet our needs. The tree removal, tree & bush trimming and clean up were all handled efficiently and professionally. The team arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up all refuse, including chipping debris, blowing debris from walkways, removing debris from gutters and picking up tree "pieces" from the lawn, to make our front yard look better than we expected. The price was very reasonable, and their work was completed as anticipated. We believe L & M can be trusted to make a good plan to fix any landscaping issues. We definitely recommend them and would use them again if the need arises. We rate the overall job as an A+ across the board.

Once again L&M was superior. This was our second contract with them and we are extremely satisfied with the work they did. We had a very tall weeping willow that was dying and needed removed and some pine trees as well. The crew showed up on time and went right to work, doing excellent work and going above and beyond to ensure all trees that could fall on our house con no longer do that. We really appreciate the work they do.
