They arrived quickly and fixed the pipe. The were fast and friendly, and we think it was a fair price. We would recommend them.

I would strongly recommend them. We went to 3-4 companies that we pulled off of Angie's List. We had three guys that came and gave us estimates. Of the three, Knoxville Plumbing came and gave us the lowest bid. They were friendly, prompt and incredibly considerate. They were very energetic young men. I have passed Knoxville Plumbing onto a friend who needed a plumbing company. We were very happy with their work. They were just half the price of the second one. The third one was even higher than the other bid. Two older guys who were kind of bigger saw that they had to go down into a crawlspace; we could tell that they weren't enthusiastic. But this young man came in and said that they can take care of that for us. After working all day on my house, they got a phone call that somebody had an emergency. They had that kind of an attitude where they were not all grumpy. They had just put in a full day at my house; they were going to have to go and work after hours at somebody else's house. They were rather enthusiastic. I would use them again. I have recommended them to other people.

Josh was available the same day that I called to make an appointment. He was prompt, completed his task within an hour, and cleaned up after himself. He was professional and made a solid impression for Knoxville Plumbing. He said that there would be a 5 year warrantee on parts and service. Documentation of the warrantee was written on the invoice. As a bonus he gave me a few helpful tips for keeping sink lines clean (use white vinegar, not products like Drano). Overall the experience was very good and I will use Knoxville Plumbing again if necessary. I would have liked a senior citizen discount or an Angie's List discount, but Knoxville Plumbing does not offer either.

I highly recommend Knoxville Plumbing. They are courteous, professional, and honest.

It was the second time I had used them. He explained everything to me, scheduled a time and did everything in one day. Everything went well.

I contacted 3 plumbing companies and received 3 bids. Knoxville plumbing originally sent out a plumber to do the estimate since the owner Robert Keith was out of town. He was on time and polite. I spoke with Robert a week later and he offered to come out again and look over the job before he bid. I am glad he did, he offered up some great suggestions resulting in major cost saving. He was able to eliminate much of the concrete and asphalt cutting by rerouting the drain pipe through the ceiling and wall in the basement garage. We ended up only having to cut and repair 6 feet of concrete in the patio instead of about 20 ft.. He placed the cut at a location where the concrete slab was cracked which needed to be fixed. We ended up installing a 2-inch PVC line from the kitchen to the basement slab and then went to a 3-inch line from the slab to the septic tank. They installed cleanouts for future maintenance in both the old and new line. They did minimal damage to the sheet rock in the basement ceiling and wall and the hole placed in the slab was minimal. The concrete sawing was well done and was neat. They restored they yard to grade and cleaned up after the job was done. There was a small leak in the kitchen sink drain and as luck would have it I was out of town, my wife called and they had a plumber out the next morning. The new drain works great and I would hire Knoxville Plumbing again!

Mr. Keith is the best plumber that has come to work in my home. He is very prompt and the crew is very professional. High quality work every time and they are always very quick to diagnosis and fix an issue. I have been using Knoxville Plumbing for the last 2.5-3 years.

Keith was on time and did a great job. He made two trips and was on time for both trips. He was reasonable, professional and very friendly. He cleaned up all the mess and was very clean. He is a reputable plumber and a lot of people in this community know of him.
