Prompt arrival at scheduled time. Appropriate tools and technology. Skilled professional service.

Very wonderful experience. Homer and Robert came out first to pump our septic tank. They were prompt, very friendly and professional, and got our tank pumped in less than an hour. They were also very helpful and answered all of our questions. Then Nick came out and ran a camera into another clogged drain and was able to determine we had a septic tank that we didn't know existed. Overall both crews were prompt, professional, and left us with fixes instead of more problems. Should the need arise I will call again.

They made three trips in all; they did not want to clear out some shrubbery and I had to hire it done separately for $50. They also did not want to dig out the tank, which was about 3 feet deep by hand. (It was a big tank). They asked permission to get a bobcat operator to remove the dirt; this cost me an extra $450 to the operator, bringing the grand total for the work to $850. The bobcat work was nicely done. The workers were pleasant and professional. I would have preferred to have an estimate which would have included the extra work I had to have done beyond the actual septic tank draining. I don't think I was overcharged, but the extras were an unpleasant surprise.

Called Sunday night, got here early Monday morning. It was nice getting everything back in working order so quickly.

My husband normally takes care of all the handyman tasks but this time we couldn t figure out what was backing up our sewage system so badly. We called Kington and they came right out to our home, diagnosed the issue and found it to be a main line clog out to the street. In no time they snaked it and had it completely cleared. The men that came were very professional and cleaned up well after they were thorough.

This is the first time I have had this problem, but it created backups in the toilets, as well as the sinks. The possibility of a major mess happening inside, was prevented by Kington. This is all they do, so it did not take very long to clear it after they arrived. In less than a half hour, the problem was solved. If I ever have this problem again, Kington will get the call.

They have done a great job every time that they come. Their service saves us a lot of money in the long run. I am always pleased with the service and enjoy the workers friendliness towards me. They have always been respectable to my home. They do good work.
