KEYMAX

I called Keymax to get a new key and fob for a car I had recently purchased. He scheduled to come to my home the following day. He was unable to make it due to conflicts at home (which I was perfectly ok with) and rescheduled to come to my home the following day. Around the time of our appointment the following day, at about 1:00 pm, I spoke with him and he stated he was still at another job and would call me when he was on his way (which he expected to take about 20 minutes longer). I never heard from him again. I called approximately 3 or 4 times more that day and left him a message. He never returned my call. I became concerned that something may have happened to him, but the following day (Thursday), I called the same number, got their voicemail, and it said that the business was closed for the holidays until the following Monday. I called the following Monday and left another message. The company never returned my phone calls. This company obviously is not reliable.
