hardwood floor
+ -1 moreHe did a poor job, and we were not satisfied at all with his work. I had to ask him not to come back out to complete the other two rooms. We asked him to put down more stain and gloss, but he refused and only gave us excuses why he wouldn't. We believe he skipped some very important steps in the process of refinishing the floor. He did a poor job on cleaning up after himself.
Description of Work: They took up the carpet in my front bedroom, sanded down the hardwood, and stained the flooring in one room only.

+ -1 moreHe said it would lighten up after it dried. He went out to his truck and put something in the finish and it had a dirty look to it. He started arguing with my two carpenters, for no reason at all, and when he left he never said a word. I called and ask him what he was going to do about the floor and he said nothing. I will never recommend them, because he did a horrible job and I had to have my floors replaced.
Description of Work: Ken and his worker came to my house, sanded and refinished eighteen hundred square feet of solid oak hardwood floors, which consisted of the downstairs only.
