We first viewed the property in May of 2012. Kelly spent hours walking up and down the hills with us, showing various features of the property and detailing the history of both the plot and the neighborhood. When we placed an offer, several legal issues with the property became apparent, but Kelly patiently and thoroughly explained every step of the process to us. We closed in February of 2013, and the entire time he was right there with us, helping the whole time. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a return call, he e-mailed and texted to keep us up to date, and really made a huge effort to make our first time buying experience as special as possible. We highly recommend Mr. Clevenger, and will retain him in the furture for any real estate related activities we delve into.

Kelly was our buying agent for our first home in Knoxville. He was very knowledgeable about the area and very patient with finding a home that met our goals. I am very pleased with the level of service and care that Kelly gave to us and confident that he would do the same for others.

Kelly went above and beyond his duties as my realtor, helping me get the house ready (as I was living in a different state) for my family to close and move in only 5 days after my husband returned home from Iraq. When I say (above) he was patient, I mean he was PATIENT. I had a young (tired) daughter running around his office and the houses we visited. I was trying to communicate with my husband on the other side of the world via email and satellite phone (which is unreliable to say the least) while we were trying to make decisions. Kelly was always professional and understanding. He was always available to answer my questions via phone or email and was with us through the closing process once we left the area. And, when it is time for us to sell again, he will be the first person I call! I HIGHLY recommend!
