I have a home warranty service. One person came to complete the service and it took about 20-30 minutes. Now you have to understand, that with the home warranty service, they did not consider an air conditioner going out on a Friday evening of a weekend an emergency, that required expedited service. So basically I put the work order in through the warranty service at about seven o'clock, Friday night. I didn't get a call from the company until Monday morning, which is pretty responsive, considering they do not deal with this stuff over the weekend if it's the warranty systems. With that being said, they were responsive within the parameters of my home warranty services. They called me about nine o'clock and said somebody would be out between eleven or one, and the guy actually showed-up about ten thirty. I got an email that said he was on his way. So I was very happy with the responsiveness, he rapidly diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed, and was helpful.
