They did a good job. The flat fee included a surprisingly large volume of detritus. But that amount being the minimum at that time, we accumulated several day's worth of spring-cleaning and yard work before scheduling them in, to ensure we got our money's worth.

I called and they were able to come out the next day and get the sectional. The crew was very professional and efficient. I thought that the cost was reasonable, considering the size of the sectional and the convenience the service. They charged me the minimum charge. I will definitely use them again.

I called this company to remove items we had cleaned out from our garage and utility shed. All were either too old or in too poor condition to donate to charity. There was a mixup on the day I had been told we would have the items picked up (the reason for the one B rating I gave them), but when I called them they immediately dispatched a truck to get the items. Employees were courteous and professional. I was very satisfied and will definitely use this service for future cleanups.

Price was great. Able to schedule service quickly on short notice. They were punctual, friendly, efficient and easy to work with.

I have an oddly shaped driveway on a hill and they were able to get me set up so I could still use their service.

The guys were very nice and accommodating, they did a great job. They moved quickly, gave me a chance to look over everything, took old receipts and bank statements to the shredder and they cleaned up the attic! That was unexpected.

Work was done very well, quicker than we anticipated. The two man crew was very pleasant, both gentlemen, and assisted in moving some heavy items to accomplish the work.

I accepted the price, and they removed the debris immediately. The debris was originally laying on the driveway, but my family and I ended up buying a dumpster bag and putting everything in it. The bag was overflowing and I had low hanging branches in my driveway, which were both violations for pickup of the bag. It wasn't a lot of additional debris, but some companies wouldn't have allowed that. They charged me for 1/4 truckload. The price was higher than the pick up for the dumpster bag would have been, but I felt that the price was not unreasonable for a manual job like that. My driveway was clean afterward, so I was happy. I am not sure how the price compares to others, though, as I did not get any other quotes. I would use Junk Bee Gone again.

I had a burst water pipe drop water onto all the flooring of my home's first floor.They showed up promptly as scheduled and picked up the mound of wet carpet and padding that I'd previously hauled out of the house.

Prompt service, polite, worked well together, no unrelated talks or breaks. Wonderful!

When I called for information, Tiffany was very helpful and her customer service was excellent. She had several appointments from which I could chose. I scheduled my appointment for Friday the 13th between 2:30 and 3:00. The two gentlemen called about 1:30 to let me know they were in Knoxville and would be on their way after going by the office. They arrived on time and gave me an estimated price of the job. The price was very fair. The two gentlemen loaded the items I had discarded. I had heavy items such as washers, dryer, freezer, large heating/air unit, and other items. They were very professional and fast. The items were loaded and they were ready to leave after about 15 minutes. I was impressed with how fast they worked. I paid with a credit card and the gentleman emailed me a receipt. I would recommend this service. I give Junk Bee Gone an A.

They arrived on time, started working immediately , worked quickly, made great time and very happy with service.

This was the second time we used Junk Bee Gone. The first was in autumn 2012 when they took a large amount of old furniture from our house. The furniture had to be taken down a flight of stairs, and there were no mishaps, e.g. gouged floors or walls. The service they provided was professional and prompt. We called them again last month to take away some household items we no longer need. They also took two old bicycles. I love that the company recycles everything they can, and they donate the bicycles to a local organization that refurbishes them and gives them to local children.

They were timely, and the pricing was very good. The service turned out fine.

The job was done very well, quick and professional The cost was more than expected. I've waited so long to submit this review the apx date and cost may be a little off --- they are "approximates" only. I would use them again because of the professionalism and trust I had for the workers regardless of the cost. I would however check around a little more as they looked at the job and gave me the cost estimate on the day of the work. It was nice to have the project completed so quickly but I should have compared costs with others.

I was very happy with them. It wasn't cheap, but it was less expensive than I expected. They came the next day when they said they would. They were done within a half hour. They were very efficient, polite, and professional.

We actually know somebody who works for them. This was the first time we used them. We were satisfied with them. They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. Everything was good but they were a little pricey.

They service went really well. I rate them high overall.

They were fast, neat, and professional. They also have amazing stamina because I have no idea how many trips they took up and down two flights of stairs as they filled up a truck and a half in just a few hours. We were feeling overwhelmed and I'm still not sure how we could have accomplished all this without them. We're definitely going to have them back again to get rid of the last stuff before moving.
