Description of Work: Workers were polite and efficient; however, a second trip was necessary thus increasing the price to what I consider excessive. When I booked the service I advised that the crawl space contained many years of debris, including wood. I also mentioned the wood before the fellows began working. Unfortunately the wood was left to the end of the job which resulted in it sliding out of the truck when loaded on top of plastic bags of old floral arrangements, etc.. When I booked the second trip, I requested a discount as there would have been no need for an additional trip if the heavy items had been loaded on the bottom. The owner returned my call and did offer a $50.00 discount. Service I was expecting to cost at the most $600.00 based on their website and my initial talk with the booking person cost me $763.00 after the discount. I will investigate other companies before I use Junk Bee Gone again.
