He called and kept me informed with everything that was happening and what could be done to fix the problem. I have used Johnson's Plumbing for other plumbing issues and they are always responsive and have fixed the problem. I will definitely use them in the future.

Original contractor had failed to connect a shower drain line causing the shower water to empty into the crawl space. Contacted Joe Johnson at Johnson Plumbing about the problem. He sent 2 guys out that morning. They did a great job, were friendly and professional, and had the issue resolved within an hour. Price was reasonable and service was excellent.

Didn't go over budget until the problem was discovered didn't know what the cost would be.

Plumbers showed up exactly when they said. They quickly got to work - verified that my system was still functioning / no damage had occurred. Very professional and experienced.

I've used them for years and I do recommend them. They go out of their way to help me. They changed a gas water heater for me several years ago and the pilot light didn't work. My son, who was in high school, wanted to take a bath and they got water for him. They can be a little bit pricey.

We bought this house and had it inspected. In the inspection report, the plumbing under the kitchen sink and half-bath sink were highlighted as not correct. We called Johnson Plumbing and they came out promptly, called before they came as requested and did the work efficiently. They had to come out twice but only because the sink wasn't ready for them to work on (I was getting a new sink and countertops installed). My fault. Sammy came out both times each with a different helper. He called before he arrived and asked a bunch of questions to make sure I had everything ready this time. He was very friendly and respectful of me and my new homes interior. He laid down cardboard over the hardwood kitchen flooring and really paid attention to the work area.

The gentlemen at Johnson's takes care of me, he is honest, and kind. He seemed like fine young man and while I did my quilting, he fixed my sink. I feel that I got my money's worth out of this company, and would use them again in the future because I was so pleased.

They did a very good job. They were very timely; they showed up when they said they would. They explained exactly what they were doing and it impressed me. They were clean and cautious about the fact that they were in my house.
