Greg came on schedule and discussed the project with us. He suggested LED pancake lights and dimmer. We originally planned to put in lights on either side of the room. He e-mailed a price by the end of the day. It was a fair price but over our current budget. We really only needed the lights on one side of the room (over the new office area), so I asked Greg to revise the estimate. It was not trouble and he did not try to push me into the original quote. We agreed on the price and he scheduled the work. Brennan came promptly and even texted me when he was close by so I could put the dog in another room. He completed the work very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was just awesome really. Everything is wonderful!!! I have found my electrician from now on!!!

The repair went great. Greg Pullins set up the service for me. Brennan was the service repairman who came. I asked him to replace my smoke detectors with new ones (which I had purchased ahead of time), which he did, and he was able to take care of the bathroom exhaust fan by cleaning it out way up in places I hadn't been able to get to myself, saving me the cost of buying a new one. No more chirping is coming from my smoke detectors, and my bathroom fan is working and sounding like it should.

Since I have two furnaces, two air-conditioning units and a whole house air filtration system, it was too expense for me to afford the yearly service costs. Ed, the technician, and Steve, the Service Manager, helped me find filters that will help with my allergies and asthma and yet were affordable. I used the "Comfort Care" plan, which has discounts for parts and includes service for all my units.

Great! they were prompt, polite, knowledgable, there were no high pressure sales, just explanation of the problem and potential solutions. Very straightforward. I would say their services are good! overall good service.

We have a contract. They come twice a year. They are a triple A company across the board. There's no other letter grade to give them.

To put it simply, everything went well. They took less time than originally estimated, the cost was reduced accordingly, and it's obvious that the furnace system is working much more efficiently.

Standard inspection service checking inside and out for problems and potential problems. Person sent was new, had never been here before. Never checked outside. Slipped new "gadget" on inside saying it had "worn out". Did nothing. Left without putting panel back where it belonged. Poor service. Will not use again.

They're very good except for the price and the warranty. They came out and gave me the information I needed. They provide different kinds of manufacturers.

Our heating unit wasn't working. Two other companies gave us estimates of $5,000 - $6,000 to replace it. John H. Coleman suggested repairing it, which they did quickly and well. The cost was just under $640, a savings of $4,360.

My downstairs heat pump crashed and burned on the first cold night in November. I reached out to Coleman as they did my upstairs unit (superb job FYI), they were great to work with, but were unable to replace the unit same day on Friday :0 Best they could do was Monday. Talk about great service! The 2 technicians showed up early and went to work quickly removing the old unit outside. I was even able to go to work that morning as they said they would call me when they needed to get in to replace the air handler. Several hours later they gave me a call saying they would be ready to go start on the inside. I took a long lunch break, and the job was done.

It was a very positive experience. They have a very inexpensive and practical program. When I called on a Friday afternoon, they came out first thing on a Saturday morning. They had the equipment on the truck to fix it. They only took an hour to fix it. I can't ask for anything more. I found them initially through Angie's List as well as the program that they're running.

I am not very satisfied. I wouldn’t use them again. It turned out that we needed to have our thermostat replaced. It took them two trips to do that. It was not a fancy thermostat that they replaced. They charged something like $360 for it. I asked them for an itemized bill and they said they couldn’t give it and that it was just their charge. Their quality and responsiveness were fine.
