He's very attentive to detail. He's a perfectionist about his work.
Description of Work: He built our home in 2014 and large shed for storage that matches our house in 2017.

Awful. (1) I told them to paintbthebquarrerbround before putting it down---you didn't. So that will be a big cost to fix. (2) the stair treads don't look good, sheetrock around the stairs is damaged. They knocked "gouges" in the sheetrock on corners, all the way down to the frame And (3) sheetrock looks like a 6 year old did it. Im having it repaired now. When I tried to discuss these damages with John come, he became very ageessice and confrontational and showed up uninvited at my work. Staff were frightened after hearing our phone conversation and we're watching to see if he became physical. Absolutely the most unprofessional service I have ever paid for. $3400 down the drain. It's being repaired now. This guy needs 100% close supervision if you want to trust him in your home. I wouldn't let him work for me again, if it was going to be free
Description of Work: Repair drywall in bathroom ceiling and closet ceiling and walls. In addition stair treads we're going to be installed. And quarter round was put down.
