He arrived on time, was a very nice man, and took care of the repair for me. His price was fair, and because he knew what he was doing, was able to do it for less cost than it might have been. I will hire Joe's Repair Service again when I need help with other door locks.

A 24 hour lock smiths would have charged much more. Don't hire them. Wait for Joe's Services. I have an old car that was made in 1996 so everyone else was not able to help me. Every Dealership and Lock Smith. But NOT Joe's Services.

Excellent customer service, quick service and very knowledgeable

Our family was visiting Gatlinburg TN for spring break and got locked out of our cabin at 11pm at night on our deck with no way of getting down or in the cabin. I called at least 15 24hr locksmiths, none of them answered. Then I tried Joe and he answered. He was an hour away and even in bed. He came to our rescue! It only took him 2 minutes to get us back in the cabin. Would recommend him to everyone!!!!

Joe arrived promptly on time, was friendly and personable. Although he was not able to key my front door to match my back door (due to the length of the lock), he was able to make new keys for the very, very old lock set on my front door; therefore saving us a great deal of money. To replace the antique lock set and have it look original to the house would have been horribly cost prohibitive, and out of reach for us. I would surely recommend him to others!
