+ -1 moreWe have been attempting to get gutters installed on an addition for months, but have had no luck getting someone to come out. We’ve been given verbal commitments but never any follow through. Joe’s Gutters promptly came out to look at the requirements and are scheduled to complete the install tomorrow. I’ll follow up with a review of the work once the work is completed.

+ 0 moreWhen he arrived it was $24 more than the quote. Said gutters were full so it would be additional. Never had a gutter cleaner expect half full gutters before. I am not sure that he flushed the gutters since it was too cold to what the work. The bid for additional work was out of line with the amount of work needed. I suspect the Farragut surcharged was in affect. I'll use APS the next time. Less money and equal or better work.
