Jack and his 1 helper did a poor quality of work. I attempted 2 times to work with Jack to come repair the issues he left in my home. Which included a negative slope drain and hot/cold swapped in 2 locations. Jack was unresponsive so I had to get someone else in due to timing. They found further issues. When I asked Jack to refund me what I had to pay to fix his errors he was very defensive and in denial. He agreed to split the cost but a month later is again unresponsive and not carrying through. I would not recommend him or his company.
