Description of Work: Replaced part of ceiling in living room, fixed rotted wood on corner of house, inclosed carport to a garage, painted ceiling in one bedroom, framed in and installed door to water heater, replace front door and storm door to it, replaced rear sliding door, replaced 1/4 of roof.

Description of Work: One Year Builders Warranty - repair of a few items in the first year of ownership

Description of Work: The services were not performed. I have been communicating since June 11, 2012 to get this job done. Mr. Jaccard has been courteous but not deligent in getting the work performed. The on-line store they suggested to us turned out to be a very bad experience. Everything we ordered they had discontinued, however it was still listed as available. One time they didn't even bother to let us know that it had been discontinued. After waiting nearly two weeks I called them to see where my faucets were, at which time they informed me they had been discontinued. I got on line and selected faucets from another company and got them within 2 days w/o shipping charges. Then when I got my faucets I let Mr. Jaccard know we were ready to install. He said he would get with the plumber and see when he is available this was on July 11. Then on July 12 Mr. Jaccard wrote me he had forwarded my info to their plumber. That it is too hard to schedule as the middle man and gave me his name Godeke. July 13 I still had not heard from the plumber so I contacted Jaccard and was told he had probably had a very busy day and would probably call at the beginning of the week and gave me his number. I waited to hear from the plumber until Friday the 20th of July. He told me he would be here Monday Morning. at 8:30. I waited until after 9:30 to call him. He said he forgot and could not make it until around 4 pm. We already had plans for the evening and that would not work. I had already taken everything off the sinks, from underneath the sinks and put a drop cloth down. I telephoned Mr Jaccard and was told there was nothing he could do, he couldn't make him come over. I then contacted Groupon to tell them we were appealing the charges through American Express because we were having trouble getting the work done. We then contacted American express to appeal the charges. I telephoned Jaccard Contruction, as a courtesy to let them know we were cancelling the Groupon. I had to leave a message. I also did the same for the plumber, as a courtesy, to let him know we would not need his services.

Description of Work: I used them for general repairs, installation of appliances, and light remodeling.

Description of Work: I have hired them three different times to work on my home remodeling such as windows, roof, and siding.

Description of Work: They completely gutted a bathroom and moved a wall, reconstructed our master bedroom/bathroom suite. They put in a steam shower with all the tile, built a cabinet for an an unusual area, installed a new window, installed hardwood floors in our bedroom & hall, remodeled the stair case, they also remodeled another bathroom and installed everything new for it, they painted all four bedrooms, the two bathrooms and the hall, they gutted and remodeled the kitchen, they painted the family room and kitchen, installed new hardwood floors in the living room and dining room, installed new tile in both bathrooms, the kitchen and our foyer and they removed all the popcorn off our ceilings, and redid those.
