Project was estimated to take about 2 weeks. 3 months later we had to fire him for failing to complete the work and making a total mess of the property. Promised lead-safe practices and did not deliver. Consistently lied and was unprofessional. Would not show up to work on time, take off early, etc. Overall a horrible experience. Asked for downpayments and then would disappear. Do not use this company.
Description of Work: Replace and repair exterior siding. Paint. Claimed to be lead compliant.

He took my money and said he'd come back Monday to finish the door and he didn't show up on Monday and now I can't get a hold of him.
Description of Work: A lot of the wood on the outside of our house was rotting and we discussed with him what we wanted replaced, and he did it. We have a door package with a stationary door and a door that opens on the back. He was supposed to paint both sides, and only one side was painted. On the front door he was supposed to scrape off some paint that was starting to peel and he didn't do it, even though he had plenty of paint to do all of that.

Jason Allen is the owner of the company. I think he left a flyer in my mailbox. I called him from that and asked him to give me a quote. He was right on time and his price stayed within the amount of the quote. I think he was just starting out and trying to get his foot in the door. He did a good job and was pretty reasonably priced too. He followed up with me and did not leave me hanging.
Description of Work: I used JA Renovations to fix a leak from an air conditioning drain.

The work was done very well, with reasonable speed. Every time I had a question about something, Jason would stop and explain it to me until I understood it. If I wanted something changed, he was very willing to change it with minimal cost.
Description of Work: My house was originally built with a rather small deck, and I had been thinking about expanding it for quite some time. Jason came over, figured out exactly what material he would need, and had an estimate for me by the next day. I decided to have him build a 12'x12' extension, with a pergola over the new addition. Also, he pressure washed the old section of the deck, and came back several weeks later to seal the deck with Thompson's Waterseal.
