Not good. Estimate way high. Over charged for frean ($29/unit -- R410A freon) (old R44 frean is not that high and they don't even make it anymore). Checked this out with another AC repairman. Even he said there is no reason for an AC man not to have soldering equipment available when he goes to any job.asss
Description of Work: Air conditioing problem at rental house. Property Mgr called them (not emergency - not on W/E). AC not cooling properly. Technician serviced freon (R-410A). Supposedly, found leak , but did not fix it. Did not have soldering equip. Sounds like he just wanted to setup and estimate to go back out.

The guy from J & T Heating & Air Conditioning went out of his way to make sure everything was connected properly and was working before he left. I did not buy my hot water heater from him, he just did the installation.
Description of Work: J & T Heating & Air Conditioning installed a 30 gallon gas hot water heater in my 1200 square foot home. He also moved our whole air conditioning unit, re-worked all the pipes and electrical work and added some Freon.

Our air conditioner wasn t running cold enough. When the guy from J & T did a check on our unit, all that was needed was the Freon recharged. The Freon was included in the cost I mentioned. Their guy was very professional and courteous and the price was fair too.
Description of Work: They did a check up on my air conditioner and recharged the Freon.
