Justen rescheduled our estimate once, via text message. He asked to push our appointment out an hour. Even though this message came after nine p.m., I acquiesced. Twenty minutes before his rescheduled appt time, he texted me saying he had a problem with his truck (the water pump went out) and he requested another reschedule. Thing's happen and I wasn't terribly upset but I declined to reschedule again - stating I may decide to reschedule in the future. I wished him well and proceeded on with my day. Later I received an emailed link for HomeAdvisor where he posted our text messages online. I found that odd and disturbing since our messages had been polite and professional but also upsetting because he didn't tell me beforehand how he intended on using our messages. However, I chalked it up to him wanting documentation of our brief conversation and let it go. Until two days later, he showed up at my front door, unannounced and attempting to force an estimate on a day and time I did not authorize. I found that to be entirely disruptive, presumptuous, rude, discourteous and otherwise unprofessional. I was busy at the time and couldn't speak to Justen directly but I heard the conversation and was applauded on how he took liberties with my home address to come over unannounced and unwelcomed. It was a poor choice on his part and I would not ever ask him for a professional quote again, nor would I trust him to do any work on the property. Shame on him.
