Great my wife and I do not have enough accolades to explain how great this folks are. They painted and repaired the walls a ceiling in my garage it looks brand new(the house is 25 years young. They removed wall paper in my foyer and repaired and painted it, it too looks great. Also they repaired an attempted repair in our 2nd bath and repainted. They respected that I did not want them to wear shoes in the house as we have brand new carpet. They also were very careful to clean up behind themselves. I highly recommend Ivan’s L’s Wash and Paint. Lou was the first to answer our request on Angi’s list. The others took 2 weeks to answer. Also he gave us an estimate and he came in right on. HIRE THIS COMPANY!!👍

The service and communication was great. I work in the residential remodel business and finding a sub that is responsive, reasonably priced and does great work can be challenging at times. Ivan L's was so easy to work with and I will definitely call again on future projects.

Lou and his crew did an excellent job restaining our deck as well as our front door. Last year he did a great job pressure washing our house along with some exterior painting. Lou is responsible, prompt, and cleans up any messes . I highly recommend this company.

I used this company twice. My house exterior was done in two days. I was at work. Came home to beautiful fresh paint. Made my house really pop. Recently they replaced all the pickets on my old fence, then stained them. They leveled the fence all around and built a new entrance with a gate in the middle of winter. Great work, very humble and respectful, no complaints.
