Irrigation Works

Work seemed fine but they always said they didn't have time to do what was neede and would schedule for later in the summer. Then I would forget. They just seem too busy to be responsive and too much trouble to work with. Called day before first day of spring this year to set up sprinkler startup and they declined to schedule it because scheduling was to begin the next day. Said they would call me back but didn't. Too many rules; too little assistance.

He wasn't interested in the job. Blew it off. It's his busy season.

Great job, very professional, commissioned the system, cleaned up, very neat at the end of each day, serviced as needed. I cant say enough about pleased we are with Matt and his Company.

Anthony and his team are great! We shopped around for several providers before deciding on Waterworks. His bid was favorable and the quality of work has been great! Would easily recommend.

We have had an irrigation system from Irrigation Works for many years, maybe as many as 15. We have always been pleased with the service and the functionality of our system. I highly recommend this company.

Timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable

We recently moved into a house with a sprinkler system but no secondary water meter. The owner, Mr. Hinton came to check out the system and suggested minor adjustment to sprinkler heads. He also gave me a quote for rain sensor and secondary water meter installation. He kindly advised me to buy water meter directly from KUB instead of getting one through him so we could cut cost. I appreciated his honesty. It was installed to the satisfaction of KUB technician. The cost of installation of water meter and rain sensor as well as sprinkler head adjustment (around $450 including all parts excluding $50 meter fee we paid to KUB )was lower than expected as it took him less time than originally estimated. Our water bill has gone down significantly. We have since asked him to winterize the system. I would highly recommend irrigation works!

I highly recommend them. They're very efficient. They come when they say they will. They come online and let you know the cost of the winterization. I had to reschedule my appointment, and they were very nice about that.

This company sent 2 crews for 2 times. First time, They came to check the condition. Tech said he will need to order the parts for repair. He promised to come back in 1 week. After one week, He did not show up. So I called. they told me that they are waiting for parts. While we were waiting, Our irrigation system got busted open and water started shooting out. They told me how to shut off main shut off valve. Tech came over 2nd time to fix it. " He said It is good to use now. After 1 month , We got $450 of water bill. I called to this company to come back to find the leak. I told that i saw the wet spot on the parts that was repaired and main shut off valve has a lot of water leak. I just told company what I saw. When this tech came back He start shouting me " There is no leak what was repaired. You are trying to cheat.me " Main shut off valve should not making water bill to $450. it is small leak" " I am not working for you" He was so angry and RUDE. I took video of how much water was leaking from Main shut off valve when I shut off 3 days ago. it was a lot. I showed to Tech. I really do not know when this leak started since it is under the ground. But Water bill is $450. means this did not happened 2-3 days ago. I hired professional to check and repair this irrigation system work. I was willing to pay any service to fix leak. But I will not ever call this company again. It was very RUDE to shout at customer " You are trying to cheat" Angies list says this company has A and has a lot of good comments. i think it is depend on TECH. I will never call back this company. There is no respect to customer. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* I had another company came over to recheck everything. (1) They secured the leak what irrigation company said "NO Leak". (it was small leak) (2) They replaced main shut off bulb. ( It was huge leak) (3) They needed to change the 3-4 heads.

The team was on time and got the system up and running quickly. They had to relocate and install 5 heads in the back yard and adjusted 20 other sprinklers in a 5 zone system. Excellent work and speed. Only 1.5 hours to complete the job.

Once we scheduled the installation, they showed up when they said and completed the work on schedule. Given the amount of pipe and heads that had to be put in I can't believe how quick it went. They did an excellent job of fixing the yard and I came in on the last day and seeded. Matt took the time to explain the setup of the controller and give me some pointers. This is an excellent system and will help me get my yard where I want it. On a side note, two weeks after completion a delivery truck went off of my drive and drove over one of the heads, breaking it. Matt came out the next day and fixed it! So, no surprises, they did exactly what they said and on schedule.

Office called to ask if service could be performed earlier than scheduled. Matt arrived and had things up and running in no time.

They activated and reviewed my irrigation system; they replaced several parts. I had them return and winterize the same system early November. The cost of that was $75.00. They have been very nice to answer questions by phone when I was having a large tree and its roots removed in my yard.

Installed complete irrigation system to front and back yard. They have maintained my system since.

My wife nor I had ever used an irrigation system and found ourselves trying to decipher the how to's when we moved into a recently purchased home. Luckily there was a strategically placed business card on the controller in the garage (well done with the advertising) and I contacted their office via the website. Their receptiveness and kindness was welcoming along with the quickness of an appointment time. Must mention however that my home is literally a few blocks from their office which may have helped in promptness. The gentlemen arrived early and stayed until the project was fully completed and I was comfortable in operating the system. Impeccable job by the two gentlemen that came to my home. Both were extremely courteous and professional. Billing process was a HUGE breath of fresh air! So nice to see more businesses adopting and adapting to electronic invoicing. Within a day of the services being rendered the invoice was received and paid which was a relief to me during the new home blitz and would guess Irrigation Works was happy to have prompt payment. I would sincerely like to thank them along with the other staff who helped in scheduling my appointment as the experience was a good one and they will have a repeat customer in my wife and I. If you live in the Knoxville area in which they serve I highly recommend them.

Irrigation Works did a great job. Matt and his team worked with me on various constraints around our yard and garden, such as working around the concrete driveway. They took about 2.5 days to install the entire system. It was a pleasure working with Matt, and I will be using them for all my irrigation needs.

It takes awhile to get an appointment for them to come out, but when they do, they do a very good job. I will be using them for all my irrigation needs.

This company really has it all together. We've never worked with such an orgainized and professional company. We did everything through their website and email and, since 2009, it's been an absolutely perfect experience every single time. We wouldn't use anyone else and recommend them highly.

Overall our experience with Matt went great! He was very helpful all along the way and kept us in the loop regarding timing, costs, etc. i commend him for tolerating our making some changes along the way. Ultimately, the finished product looks good and we anticipate working with Matt in the future as the need arises.

They arranged for a company to bore and place conduit under the driveways. Turns out they ruptured our pressurized sewer line. Rather than wait for them to come back (someday) and fix the problem, Matt and his guys spent half a day repairing it. Not only that, he apologized for taking an extra half day to finish the project! Very professional job.

Matt and his crew are great. They are prompt and do their work efficiently. Matt is always ready to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Irrigation Works.

They always come when they say they are coming, and they are very professional. In an emergency, if there was a leak or something, they are there immediately. They are right there on the money.

They have been very reliable; they were the ones that installed the system. One time last year I had a problem with a sprinkler head and they came right out. He services all the sprinkler heads while he’s here to make sure they’re working properly. I trust him and I think they do a dependable job. I’ve never compared prices but he seems reasonable.
