Integrity Painting

First off Mr Bobo has painted other properties that I own including my personal residence over the past 2 years. His painting expertise is, in my opinion , among the best if not the best I have used in over 30 years of rental property business. His attention to detail is what I appreciate and is why I continue to utilize his services. I am very much a perfectionist and it is a rare event when I must have him to touch up his work.

I generally hire him for a "time and materials contract" but this particular rental property it was deemed best to do a fixed price on his labor while I provided the paint. While I do not set a time limit or set working hours he has consistently under estimated his time to complete a job. I believe this is an issue with many home owners, but when coupled with his skill level and prices he charges it is a item to accept and enjoy a great job at a very good price.

As I previously stated he has painted both the inside and outside of my personal residence to his credit I believe he is honest and trust worthy.

First off, he appeared at our home to paint with a paint brush.  Not a roller or a sprayer but a brush! I have a cedar sided house, it took him four days just to paint one panel with that paint brush, and he used 2 gallons of paint to complete it. His excuse was, he?s investing his time in this project.
In the beginning, we signed a contract laying out details of the job. That following Thursday he called to change the terms of the contract and we told him we would not change the terms. That?s when h asked for more money, then we agreed it would be best to terminate the contract and for him to refund the money. This was the last time I heard from him. He never gave us a refund, left the house half-finished and went ghost.  After this we filled a police report on him, after papers were filled for a court date he was a no show in court. I don?t recommend anyone to do business with this guy!!
