In 2006, we contracted Steve Sayer at Polymaster formerly known as 21st century to do some installation in our crawl space. We thought the job was done right until we had a water leak in Marck of 2011. The company we hired to repair the leak, advised us that the insulation was installed improperly. The aluminum foil should have been taken down before the new insulation was installed. When you spray insulations, there should not be any sags in anything. There were large sags that held the water up against our floor joist. I had two different contractors tell me that this insulation needed to be taken out and replaced. After Mr. Sayer was made away of the problem, he refused to take any phone calls and never contacted me again. I took Steve Sayer to court. I was not wanting to charge him for any damages but for the poor insulation job. The statute of limitation had run out in November of 2010 and we had missed it by three months. I can’t describe the gloating smile he had on his face after the ruling. The judge was even disappointed. Mr. Sayer used the law to get out of doing the right thing.
Description of Work: I hired Polymaster to install insulation into my house.

Service was never performed and we won't be contacting them again.
Description of Work: They didn't show when scheduled. When we called we were told they were held over on another job that was apparently more important to them. They never bothered to cantact us about the change of plans. Since there were two different stories we came to realize our business was not important enough to bother contacting us to change the service time.

They were very good. They came out the day after I called. They were quick to get the job done. They also stayed within the price quoted. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: They came out and put in about 8 or 9 inches of insulation.

They are quite the professionals in their line of work. They were very courteous, did a great job, made sure that they got the job done right, and explained how their system worked. I was satisfied with all the work that they did.
Description of Work: They placed insulation in the attic and walls of my 2100 square foot home.
