I put in a request on their website and Jordan called me later that day and set up an appointment time. He showed up for the appointment exactly on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He climbed up on the roof and took pictures off the problem areas. He also made a video of himself stepping on a specific area to show me that the decking was rotting underneath. He gave me an estimate to replace 2 pipe boots, replace the shingles in that area, replace the damaged decking board and to install water and ice shields in that area. We agreed on the price and he told me it would be about a week for them to come out because of their busy schedule. That was on a Friday. Then the following Monday morning Jordan texted me to let me know they were coming that day to do the job. After the job was completed, Jordan sent me pictures of the areas before the job and then after it was completed. He even took pictures of the damaged decking when it was exposed to show me how bad it was. I am relieved that the job is done, and I am very happy that I went with Innovative Roofing. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future should I ever need to.

Bob from Innovative was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional through the entire project cycle. The quality of the work, the diligence of the crew (especially on clean up afterwards), and their punctuality was much appreciated. Innovative did a full replacement on both our home and garage in just 2 days! All minor issues were resolved promptly (not contractor is perfect!) and all warranty documentation was delivered in a timely fashion. Only time will tell just how good a roof system it is (GAF) and how well it was installed, but based on my years of actual roofing experience as a licensed property manager and having worked for 2 different home builders, I would say this has been one of the best roofing experiences I have had in over 40 years in the business.

The response time was amazing. Jordan called the same day I requested information and came out to look at my roof immediately. His solution to my difficult roof was practical and within budget. The following week his roof master, Oscar appeared with Jordan to walk the roof and scope the job. The next day the crew arrived. They not only fixed my presenting problem, they found a hole in the roof, additional soft wood and a slope issue (no wonder I was having issues!). All were fixed with a perfectly cleaned site, no roof nails and even with the next downpour, no leaks and perfect drainage. What was to take 1 day took 2, but I paid the quoted price. If you want an honest, professional, company Innovative Roofing and Siding is your company...they are real problem solvers and roofing craftsmen.

They were the only company out of the 20 I called that would come to my home far away and fixed it. Jordan was very professional made it easy and had the work finished within 3 days of agreeing to them. Definitely use them again without hesitation. 5 stars all the way!

The price was very competitive with better product, more warranty. The roofers were great and did a wonderful job. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend.

Every person I interacted with, from the Sales Staff to the Crew Chief, was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived exactly at the time they were scheduled, and the Crew Chief introduced himself, explained what they were going to be doing and how long he thought they would be there. They used quality products and did an excellent job of putting on the roof. They cleaned up after themselves and even shoveled my sidewalk and driveway to remove the snow so that they could ensure that there wouldn't be roofing material left behind when the snow melted and that no roofing nails would be left behind to cause a flat tire.

Tom Wyrick was one of several bids we entertained for a necessary roof replacement. He was incredibly professional and communicative. Without being pushy he advocated for appropriate improvements that I do not regret, including installation of a ridge vent, drip edge, and architectural shingles. He was happy to provide pricing without these upgrades, but made clear the benefits and value of them. Work was performed on time and without incident. Our roof was somewhat challenging due to multiple layers of old shingles and several underlay boards in need of replacement due to water damage. With many contractors, these issues bring fears of ?additional charges? that threaten to blow the budget. Innovative Roofing informed me of these issues upfront, including a pricing factor depending on how severe they were found to be. In the end the additional charges were modest and well under my expectations. I absolutely recommend this company will use them for any future projects I have.

They did a really great job. High quality work. The house looks great. A couple of minor problems I noticed later were fixed quickly with no hassles.

Provider was prompt in meeting with me on my requirements and responding. Provider declined to provide a quote.

I called twice for an estimate and left messages both times. No one returned my calls, therefore, I used another company.

We had a tree hit our house so I had to call a contractor to come. They came the next day and did the work the next day and it was done in a day. They answered the phone immediately. They returned my calls immediately. They were punctual and gave us an estimate very quickly. They came and did the service urgently and did excellent work.

They came as promised, worked diligently until completion, and then cleaned up the area. Friendly group and hard workers.

The owner and representative was OUTSTANDING. Her overriding characteristics: 1. Very prompt. If circumstances made her later she notified over 2 hours in advance that she would be later. 2. Understood that my time was as important as hers. 3. Honest. Did not have a contract for work. She is a person of her word. 4. Work was scheduled and completed as planned. 5. Was not necessary to be present during any stage of the work. All workers were very trustworthy.

We contacted Innovative Roofing & Siding to request an estimate for roofing and vinyl siding work. Connie promptly showed up on the day we scheduled the estimate. She was very nice and knowledgeable answering all of our questions about the work we were requesting. She brought samples to show us shingle colors and also told us how to view samples of vinyl that we could select from. Later that day Connie emailed us a thorough estimate detailing all expenses and possible extras of the job. After considering several companies and individuals we were overall most impressed with Innovative Roofing & Siding so we proceeded with scheduling the job. They showed up on the scheduled start day and worked very efficiently and quickly replacing our roof and installing the vinyl soffits and vinyl siding. Everything went very smooth and surpassed our expectations. The final price was exactly as quoted and detailed in the estimate with no surprise charges. From tear-off to clean-up I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend using Innovative Roofing & Siding if you want a job well done for a great price.

I really enjoyed this company with their initial installation, they did a good job and were easy to work with. The only problem is that now we need this siding repaired, it seems they no longer have our color. I am looking at other alternatives. However, this company still returned our call promptly and they are trying to locate something to match to the remaining undamaged siding. We need to soon make the repairs, though. We may not be able to go with this company for these repairs.
