+ -1 moreOWNER JAMES LONG ARRIVED ON TIME, COVERED BUSHES LIKE HE PROMISED, AND DID A THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING MY ROOF. ONE PLACE NEEDED ANOTHER PASS, AND JAMES AGREED AND DID IT. CAME OUT PERFECTLY CLEAN. HOUSE LOOKS SO GOOD, WISH WE'D CALLED INNOVATIVE GLASS YEARS AGO!

Description of Work: I do not know what kind of work this company performs because they would not respond to my calls! I had a half-off depot voucher. They responded to my first call, setting a date of April 25th. April 25th was approx 4 weeks off and after the expiration date of my voucher, but they said they would honor it due to their being so far out on available dates. I needed to change the date, so I called back three times, on 03/25, 03/27 and 03/28, leaving a message each time. I never received any response at all! I also tried emailing the company at several email addresses provided by them on my voucher and around the web, but most were bad email addresses and would not go through. One seemed to go through; I received no error message, but again no response. To simply not respond to a customers repeated calls is just not excusable!!
