 + 0 morePretty sloppy about details. Installed under counter lights and they do not work. Other things not finished. Came back to finish after I paid and wanted to charge me again. I would use someone else next time. I still have loose ends everywhere and will have to pay someone else to do the work.

Description of Work: BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! HOME OWNERS WARRANTY SENT OUT THIS COMPANY, TWO MEN CAME OUT TO DO SERVICE CALL, ONE MAN, HENRY, WENT OUTSIDE BY HIMSELF TO COMPLETE INVOICE, ADVISED ME OF THIS, THE OTHER MAN, ROBERT, WHOM I ASKED IF HE NEEDED HELP BRINGING DOWN THE EQUIPMENT FROM OUR UPSTAIRS BEDROOM INDICATED NO. I WALKED DOWN BY MYSELF TO WRITE CHECK OUT TO HENRY, PER HIS REQUEST, AND THE OTHER MAN, STOLE PRESCRIPTION PILLS FROM MY DRESSER. I CALLED EMANUAL HUDSON WHOM OWNS THE COMPANY AND CONFRONTED ROBERT. BOTH HIM AND HENRY INDICATED THAT THEY WERE NEVER ALONE WITHOUT THE OTHER--COMPLETE DISHONESTY...PEOPLE, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK TO SEE IF THESE PEOPLE ARE BONDED AND INSURED. MY HOME OWNERS WARRANTY HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AND SO HAVE THE POLICE.

 + -1 moreMr. Hudson had a difficult upgrade to an older stone home. It took longer that expected due to weather conditions. He made sure that I was never without heat or necessary power. The change was neat, complete and he made sure that it was inspected and to code. He was careful to explain what was going on. As a senior widow I was grateful for the work done by him and his brother and thier honesty.

 + -1 moreThe service was GREAT! They were on time and got the problem fixed within 30 min! It was an issue that I myself could have probably fixed but I'd rather have a Professional do the job. They were contacted by our Home Warranty Company to do the job and even though it took a few days to get a Appt. set. Would recommend to ANYONE in the Knoxville area!!
Description of Work: Contacted Home Warrenty Company because outlets in Bathroom and Living Room were not working. They took a little while to get back with me to set up appt. time but they showed up ON TIME! They fixed the GSI outlet that had tripped the rest of the GSI outlets and were done within 30 min!!

 + -1 moreOther than one re-schedule due to a job that went long, Hytec did a fine job. Guys were clean and courteous and they ordered the correct parts the first time.
Description of Work: The work by this company was paid for by an extended warranty. Hytec replaced two burned out motors in my attic ventilator fans.
