HydroStar Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: The carpet was cleaned in 3 large rooms and one hallway.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 stairways, living room, long hallway. Extra cleaning in several areas for pet odor.

Description of Work: They came in and cleaned the entire house, complete with pre-treatment and scotch guard afterwards. The whole area they cleaned was approximately 1400 feet.

Description of Work: Hydrostar was recommended by our painter as he had seen their work before. We were preparing to sell the house and Hydrostar cleaned not only the carpets, but also the tile floors and wood surfaces. Some floors didn't turn out well the first pass and he came back and repeated.

Description of Work: Andrew steam cleaned all the carpet in our recently purchased (15 year old) home. This included 3 bedrooms, small hall, 15 stairs and a 5' round area rug. He arrived on time and was professional. He was very patient with me, as I was on the phone with an internet service provider for probably 15 minutes shortly after his arrival. He took the time before he began cleaning to look over all the areas, give me a more precise quote than he was able to on the phone (almost the same price), and point out areas of concern (suspected pet stains, stains from upholstered furniture, and a gummy unknown substance), that may not come out. I worried a little that he was going to try to sell me additional expensive services for these areas before he began, but once he completed the work, the carpet looked beautiful and almost new. There were only a couple of spots that did not entirely fade, but were hardly noticeable after cleaning. I would definitely use Andrew again. The price was reasonable and the results beautiful.
