We’ve bought two appliances from here: a stove and a washer. The stove had two eyes break within 6 months of purchasing (which they will not fix because the in house warranty only covers half of that time frame). The washer was broken when we bought it. It made a high pitched squealing noise and immediately dumped water onto our vinyl floor, which has a huge tear in it from the delivery man. They can only pick up the broken washer during business hours regardless of being open on Saturdays, so I will have to miss time from work for a third time (purchase, delivery, pickup) and still not have a functional washing machine. 0/10. Will never be purchasing from this location again and would not recommend anyone else does either.

Rob was prompt and courteous. He fixed my Maytag dryer blower and belt quickly. He explained everything and cleaned out some of the dryer parts also. He put back everything the way it was before he came. This is my third repair experience with Hunley Turner and I continue to be very pleased with their performance.

We had a great experience with Hunley's. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but it's been 6 months, and our LG washer and Whirlpool drier are both operating well. We schedule for the items to be delivered and installed; they were punctual and professional. I would take the chance to use them again.

There was no charge because it was a warranty deal.

BUYER BEWARE! I have never been treated as poorly by a company in my life. We purchased a stove on 7/2 and as soon as we got it home it had a hot surface light on when the cooktop was not being used. I called immediately to tell them of the problem and was told we would have to bring the oven back to them to be fixed. I requested a refund because we had just purchased it and it was not in working order and they refused. I was told as long as the cooktop worked the light would eventually burn out (It did not) or I could bring it back to be fixed but a refund was not an option. 3 weeks later after only using the stove a couple of times because we were on vacation we were baking dinner and the stove would not shut off. It kept getting hotter and hotter to the point it was about to catch on fire, my husband had to pull out a VERY hot stove to unplug it. We sent an email with not response, several days later we called and again said at this point we felt this was not a safe item and wanted a refund. We were told Mike would have to call us only he could authorize. He never called so I called again and he refused. He said to bring it in for repair. He became so rude he hung up on me once, I called back and he kept talking over me and would not even let me speak. He raised his voice and was the most rude business person I have ever dealt with. When I informed him I would file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General as well as use social media to let everyone know how I was treated he responded he didn't care. Buyer BEWARE, don't shop here. He charged us $275 for a used stove and I found one NEW for $299. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Shame on you Hunley Turner.

We went to Hunley Turner's after moving to Knoxville, and purchased a used LG washer and used Whirlpool drier. My husband is fairly mechanical, and after looking over the used appliances, we bought both and paid for them to deliver and install. They came within days and installed both appliances. Both work great, and we have had no problems. I have used the washer A LOT since I took down all the draperies in the house and washed them to give them to charity. We've been pleased with our purchase, plus all the people we dealt with were courteous and helpful.

See above. All sales final. Out $375. What a business model. My integrity insulted. Next call is to the BBB.

This is a fair warning to anyone needing appliance repair, you can expect to wait weeks before they even come out to identify the problem. I have waited two weeks and have no patience for companies like this as a real estate investor and gave my money to someone else who was interested in making money. Don't waste your time with these people.
