Todd came in less than an hour on a Friday afterinoon. He quickly eliminated the wasps nest. I had called more than 5 exterminators before him and heard everything from "we don't do wasps" to "$150 and we can't come till late next week"

Since they changed ownership 2 years ago the company has been very inconsistant with the work performed. They might clean the spider webs one time or even forget to change the bug traps when the visits are performed. They billed me for a service on 10-18-13 that was never performed. I just called them to cancel the service. BEWARE....I will be looking for a new company tomorrow to replace this joke of a company.

We returned home on the weekend after vacation and found dead termites in the pantry and living room of our log cabin. I found HonorGuard on HomeAdvisor, called them first thing Monday morning, and their inspector, Don Jenkins, came out that afternoon. What service! After Don's inspection and him very kindly calming me down, (I was a wreck!), he gave us a very fair price to drill inside the perimeter of our home (due to a strange house design) and outside as well. In addition, he noticed that we had powder post beetles which had made tiny holes in the logs. The price included spraying all the walls with "borate", which soaks into the logs and kills the beetles. Allen (or Allan) and Adam came out Friday, were super nice and professional, answered my many questions and finished the job in a few hours. They promised they are available if we notice any problems of any kind, and we took out the annual warranty for both pests for $200/year. They had a tremendous review on HomeAdvisor and at this time, I can't say enough good about them. My one and only negative for them is that they didn't call the day before to verify time of arrival and, even tho they were about an hour or so away, they didn't get to our home until after 11am. Since we had to take everything off the walls and out of cabinets and closets, move everything away from the walls, and cover everything with plastic (due to the spray), we were ready for them to get started! And we were just ANXIOUS! Other than that, they were unbelievable! We don't think you can go wrong with this super company!

I have a contract with them. I spend $80 a quarter on their services. I think they are very responsive. If I have any problems, I can call them and they will come out and address the issue. Their job has gone really well. I will use them again in the future.

We've been using them for two years, and they charge $88 every quarter. I would rate them highly. I would continue to use them again in the future.

They are punctual. They call ahead to get in to the backyard. Some companies just come out and spray where they can and ignore the rest. However, these guys do not do that. I do not see any bugs. I think I paid $25 the last time they came out. I think it was a renewal. Their price seems to be competitive. I will continue to use them.
